Zach Mettenberger provided a dilute urine sample at the combine, which technically means he failed his drug test. Drinking so much water will cause a diluted sample, and there is no way to prove that he has used any form of drugs at the time of this test. NFL teams typically look at this as a failed test, and I wonder what it will do to his stock. Maybe not much, but bad timing for this report to come out.
I really like Mettenberger and hope he drops. He is very close to my 2nd or 3rd QB, even though I have him listed as 4.

Timmy Jernigan also failed his drug test. Another guy I would like to see drop.

I view CJ Mosely as the only ILB worthy of a first round pick. I am not so sure any other ILB's are even worthy of a second round pick. I like Smallwood and Skov, but I currently have them as mid 3rd round guys. In a very deep draft, ILB is probably the weakest position. Hmmm I guess that depends how you see Shazier. I know I'd take him as an ILB easily, let him play Mack and have him play the middle of the field and have Timmons play Buck and be the primary hole filler for the run game. If you can keep Shazier clean he would have an outstanding ability to chase the ball carrier, play side line to side line and shadow most receivers in the NFL, not to mention he'd be deadly as a delayed blitzer.

Joel Bitonio is a guy that hasnt really been talked about, but I think has a good chance to be a late first round pick. He was a left tackle in college, and most people project him to play guard in the NFL. I think his situation is like Logan Mankins situation in 2005. I would be willing to pick him at 29.

Well I am projecting Shazier as an OLB, although he could easily play ILB. Shazier is my favorite all around LB besides Mack. I actually think Shazier is top 10 talent, however most teams have bigger needs than a player like Shazier. I really hope he is around at 29.

Anthony Johnson failed his drug test as well. (Fingers crossed) Hopefully Khalil Mack will have the next failed drug test.

I dont doubt that he was telling the truth. Honestly I could care less if he had weed in his system though. As long as it doesnt effect him on the field.
