I don't think the Saints need any help with pass rush. We already have more sacks than we did in 2012, and we're tied for first in the league in sacks atm.
Some more depth would be nice, but I don't think that it is something worth addressing in the first round.
In my opinion, the Saints need a cornerback the most. According to ProFootballFocus, Keenan Lewis has been a top 5 CB this year, and most Saints fans are really excited for Corey White's future, but behind them we are lacking. Who knows how Jabari Greer will come back from his ACL tear at this point in his career, and while our slot CB Chris Carr has been decent this season, he can certainly be upgraded IMO. I said this on CoC's mock page, but I believe slot CB is one of the most important positions on the field. People who can cover the Welkers, Harvins, and Sproles of the league are in high demand.

If Ekpre-Olomu is BPA, fine but the Chargers need a NT more than anything on their defense. The 3-4 they are running is ineffective because the NT position needs an upgrade.

I gotta pay more attention to the saints defense next time I watch them! Well if thats the case I might have to make a 1.2 and make a better pick for the saints at that point. sirshockwave I considered mocking a NT to SD but there isn't really a true NT on the board when they are up to draft at least not one that I see. I will keep that in mind though!

You should put the school each player plays with next to their name, for us not-so-with-it football fans. Also, I think you are wrong, Ifo Ekpre-Olomu is a pretty awesome name, but Haha Clinton-Dix is much better.

Please advise why Haha Clinton-Dix is not the best name in the draft... there is so much comedy gold in one simple name.

I'm leaning towards us not drafting a first round tackle. I'm thinking they'll look for a RT in free agency or later rounds.

Yeah, we're getting a lot of production from players who haven't really made a name for themselves yet. Rob Ryan is doing a great job with the younger/inexperienced players.

Marcus Mariota should not be drafted top 10. His durability is a huge concern now. He will be a bust.
Just my opinion x
