We can use this thread to keep track of signings/rumors like we have in years past.
Signings so far:
Malik Jackson to the Jags, 6 year deal, about 15 million per year. Tamba Hali resigns with the Chiefs on a 3 year deal. William Gay resigns with the Steelers Kelechi Osemele will sign with the Raiders. Ben Watson to the Ravens

As for my Patriots free agent expectations:
I am hearing the Pats will be out of play for DT Akiem Hicks. They would very much like him back after a really good 2015 season, but the price tag is expected to be in the 5-6 million per year range, which is likely out of their price range for the number 3 rotational DT.
I expect to sign Matt Forte. I have been saying this for awhile now and see nothing that indicates it wont happen. Should cost between 3-5 million a year and will be a great fit in this offense.
Other potential Patriots:
Anquan Boldin Mohamed Sanu CJ Anderson Lamaar Miller Chris Ivory Terrance Knighton Rolondo McClain Mile Wallace Mitchel Schwartz Ladarius Green Ben Watson

S Eric Weddle says he would like to play for a contender and thinks he has 3-5 years left. Says he would be a fit for the Patriots, Panthers, Steelers, and Raiders.
According to ESPN, the Steelers are going to "explore" signing Weddle.

According to ESPN, the Steelers are going to "explore" signing Weddle. While I would like Weddle, there is just no way we are going to sign him unless he wants virtually nothing cash wise. Mccourty and Chung were two of the best safeties in the league last season, and Harmon was one of the best backups in the league. Plus we drafted Richards in the second round last year. Pats ran a lot of 3 safety schemes last year with Harmon as the deep safety, Chung in the box, and Mccourty playing a nickel CB role in man sets and covering the middle of the field in zone schemes. Weddle would be the number 3 guy over Harmon, but I don't see the point.
