Like I said he didn't just moon her. But I agree that it's absolutely redicilous that it's coming out now, for multiple reasons. Except that there is no proof that anything more than a moon happened. Go read the article coltsrock posted. When the incident happened the women filed a complaint stating that she looked up from Mannings foot to she his ass taint and balls from behind. The only reason she looked up was cause she heard laughter. She didn't look up cause his balls touched her. In her words she looked up due to laughter. No where in her first report does she mention anything about touching just that he mooned her. Childish? Yes. Inappropriate? Absolutely. This isn't your buddies or family you are mooning, it's a professional who is doing her job and she shouldn't be exposed to stuff like this. But to act like it's anything more than a 19 year old doing something childish, without any proof to the contrary is ridiculous. He should have received some kind of punishment, a fine/suspension at the time. But people need to get over this, it's not a big deal. And even if his balls did touch her face.. again a very childish and inappropriate act, it was just a stupid prank. It wasn't a sexual advance, it wasn't rape. It was a 19 year old doing a stupid, harmless prank. Again a fine and a suspension to show how immature and stupid Manning was would have been more than enough. Not all directed towards you sf4l. More a general rant. Here's a link for youI know the writer has a bit of a history of being a dick, but it's important to get the story from multiple places. And he does pull some parts from the actual report which would condemn Manning. But it's too little too late imo

He claims he is black, while by all accounts he is white. 2. One of the leaders of BLM, until he was excommunicated for 'mismanaging' the funds he raised 3. Lied about getting beat up by a mob of a white kids claiming racism, when all witnesses say he was beat up by one kid for yelling and getting aggressive with the guy's girlfriend over a broken cd. He has been the ultimate race-baiter his entire life, and the only reason he ever wrote that joke of an article was because he thought it was racist that Cam was being criticized for his on-field antics and actions after the SB. He dug up a settled non story from 20 years ago as it was the only possible dirt he could throw on Manning's legacy. Not to mention, NYDN is a failing tabloid desperate for readers and internet traffic, explaining their employment of such a dishonest, controversial fraud.

To me that means the truth is likely somewhere in between.

Honestly I have no idea who the guy is, most reporters/writers at least in the sports world are scumbags. Sorry if it's not 100% accurate though. Has anyone read the actual report?

Funny how you try so hard to discredit a perfectly credible writer and then use Jason Whitlock as positive example. Whitlock has done nothing to prove his credibility in this case and has a history of sexual misconduct claims from previous coworkers and was fired by ESPN for other matters. The fact that the majority of King's work has to do with race has absolutely nothing to do with this article. He did not "dig up" a "non story" from 20 years ago, he did release the 74 page report that has never been available before. You need to stop trying to discredit reporting and look at the actual facts. You have an incredible amount of bias both as a Colts fan and of the University of Tennessee.

This is consistently one of the dumbest arguments, Brady or any other player doesn't remotely relate to this. Peyton committed a disgusting crime, I have brought this incident up on multiple occasions in the past and am glad it is finally being taking seriously. Then how do you feel about sports figures such as James Winston (rape), Ray Lewis (murder), Kobe Bryant (rape)? Have not heard you or anyone calling for them to be banned from the game they were/are such polarizing figures in. The only reason you are perpetuating your baseless argument is your long-standing hate for all things Peyton Manning. I have made almost identical comments about Wintson, Kobe, and Lewis on multiple occasions. Not my fault that you haven't heard them.

The fact that you liken this story to Winston, Kobe and Lewis just shows how absurd you are being. Manning allegedly pulled down his pants in the face of a trainer. He didn't rape or murder anyone. On another note, how about that Super Bowl victory? It's great to see our team work so hard and have our defence come up big game after game all season. Even though some fans claimed we had no chance (on paper) we still beat the best (or second best) in order to take home the championship. Gooooo Broncos!

Except for the fact that I didn't compare the stories at all and your fellow Peyton supporter was the one who compared them. Manning allegedly put his genitals on the face of the trainer, that is sexual assault and is a big deal. And no one is downplaying your superbowl victory, but no one is going to ignore this Peyton story either because it is a huge deal.
