How many years has this been going on? Pretty fun, especially the playoffs. What do you think about my suggestions for next year?

How many years has this been going on? Pretty fun, especially the playoffs. What do you think about my suggestions for next year? You know that saying. If you ain't first your last. lol I did this back in 2011 on the forums, and it was the first time anybody did something like that on there. Although I was doing stuff like this all the way back in high school from 2008 with friends, so its not like it was a new idea for me or anything. Anyway, did it on nfl.com in 2011, and 2012. We tired a different approach in 2013 (just like we did this year) which basically let the computer do all the work, but it wasn't the same scoring method I used. I or nobody else had to actually put any work in it to track picks, but it lost popularity. Didn't do it in 2014 of course because I was hoping some one else would step in to fill my shoes, but it didn't happen. And now here we are, and I would say this season was a big success. Usually I would need a few helpers, but I never had to resort to that this year, which I consider a big improvement. I didn't see your suggestions, unless I missed them though. I'm open to changes, but I'm making no promises. Next season I will definitely have to enforce some rules for sure though, just to make my life a bit easier.

3rd place was my best finish. I'm satisfied, I hope to come back next year.

Yesterday. I thought I would just get a stint or two and a rest a day or so and be on my way. When they put in the cathaterization thingy they found the right and left arterys were plugged. Luckily Dr. Lin was at the hospital. They got him and he took over. He is now my best friend as he saved my life. He took a power saw and cut down the center of my rib cage. Took veins out of my leg from my upper thigh all the way to almost my ankle. Spread my rib cage open and put the veins in (by pass). I have really good drugs right now or I wouldnt beable to stand it. I can't get up by myself. I can't drive for two months. I will not be able to do much for abourt seven eight months. Once I heal I will be like new. Better than I was before the opperation. I was getting tired and short of breath, I will be superman in about a year. The people at Grossmont hospital all say Dr. Lin is the best. I believe it. He is the man. (he says I am the ma. He says I should have died but didn't) Getting worried about you buddy. It's not like you to disappear for a month. I hope things work out.

Just an update on craig440. I spoke to his family today and I was told he's fine and recovering well after his heart issues. I'm both pleased and relieved to hear it.

LAB you crack me up. Just so you all know he can hack with the best of them. Marlene really enjoyed talking with you on our house phone. I have never given that number to anyone. hahahaha. She is walking around the house now trying to imitate your accent. She said to tell you she loves you and loved talking to you.
I am doing pretty good. My chest is healing but it will take a few more weeks at least before I can start doing much. My only setback so far has been my knee swelled up where they removed the veins. I go see the surgeon Friday.

That's cruel. People here think the World of you. ...and your phone number is in the phone book. I could barely hear Marlene, (please give her my best). My hearing has never been great but my ability to understand electronic sounds is poor and deteriorating. I was glad I didn't have to tell her how much we'd miss you. Take care...and don't disappear again.

My brother is the only 1 in my family who has a near perfect hearing range. I have 2 fully deaf cousins. I can hear a phone ring at a hundred paces but I can only decipher 30-50% of what people say, and that's on the landline. If I try to use a mobile all I hear is static. Very minor compared to a heart attack.

Me, Craig, and several other friends that don''t here much, if at all, are all active at another Proboard (Cut The Mustard). So I check in there daily to make sure Craig is there. We have joint league business and genuine friends, so most of the league members at least check in often. If you want, I'm sure no one would have a problem inviting you if you like. It's very sweet that you found Craig. I don't even have his landline (do I?) - just cell. But I'd know how to contact his family thru the burget joint thread. IDK if you were here for that. haha
