You hit our need right, we do need CB. But meh, I'm personally not an Ifo fan. I would much rather have Marcus Peters from Washington.
Also, I think Winston is far and away the best QB in the draft. That isn't to say Mariota is bad, but I just think Winston is that good.

No to Danny Shelton. Really, just ew. We have Steve McClendon for at least next season, and Dan McCullers is really coming along as a Nose Tackle. We will see how he does when he gets his first start against the Titans, but he has been getting raving reviews in Practice. The Steelers aren't going to use a 1st Round Pick on a Nose Tackle. We need CB, LT, and Pass Rusher more. If Andrus Peat is there when we pick, I doubt there is ANY reason we don't take him.
I also think you are highly overrating Benardrick McKinney and underrating Leonard Williams in your Top 10 players. Melvin Gordon is also not a Top 5 player. Not a chance.

No way the Chargers draft a RB in the first round. Either OL or DL/OLB. The Chargers need help in the trenches. Skill positions can wait.

With that in mind I would give the Steelers Olomu before even Peat. I honestly forgot how badly you guys needed a cornerback.
Benardrick McKinney is the most athletic linebacker I've seen in years -- and he's an inside linebacker. The guy has the highest ceiling of any other linebacker in the class hands down. If my team needed a linebacker, I would have no problem taking him #2 overall. He's a can't-miss prospect because of his ridiculously high ceiling.
Also, Melvin Gordon is definitely a top 5 player. He's in the Heisman conversation for a reason. He possesses pro-caliber vision and elite acceleration. He's essentially a bigger version of Jamaal Charles. He's 1st in rushing yards, 1st in RYPG, 2nd in YPC, 2nd in rushing TD's, 1st in 40+ yard runs, and T-2nd for 200+ yard games. He's an absolute monster and is the best running back to come out in years.

Cmo'n man, you had an undrafted midget in the backfield for several games. You'll see now that Ryan Matthews is back that your running game will still suck. Melvin Gordon is the answer.

How many Heisman winners have panned out in the NFL? I know there have been some (Charles Woodson comes to mind), but they typically don't. We have had plenty of players put out monster stats in college, but never make it in the NFL. Being a Heisman winner/candidate is not necessarily a credential for future NFL success. I think Gordon is going to be a good player, but putting him (or any RB for that matter) in the Top 5 is just out there. And I think I have to agree with MO that I would rather have Peters over Ifo. Yes, even after Peters got dismissed from Washington. I would rather have Peat than a CB as well. Beachum is a serviceable starter, but he would make better use of his talents as a utility backup. His efficiency is being wasted as a starter, IMO. Most of Ben's sacks this season have come from his side. Cornerback, we can live without for now until maybe the 2nd or 3rd Round (pretty deep for CBs this year actually).

WE HAVE NO OL! Especially on the interior! Nick Hardwick isn't coming back, our LG is band-aid until we get something better, we have no idea what we have at RG; In order to run the football, you need an OL. Ours can hardly run-block, let alone pass-protect. Don't tell me what the answer to my team is. I think I have an idea what my team needs in order to succeed, thank you. Also that undrafted midget, despite our troubles on the interior of the OL, is no slouch! He's been averaging almost 4 yards per carry, he can pass-protect and catch the ball out of the backfield.

With my extreme hate for all that is the cheating ducks pushed aside. Is olomu even considered a first rounder anymore? He's had a real bad year and is now injured. Hope maryota goes really high...so he can be out of the league faster! Sorry...that's not very PC.

This draft class (like many nowadays), is deep on this offensive line. By the time the Chargers get to their 2nd rd pick, all of the RB's worth anything will be gone. Why not grab the best one in the first round, and then still get good offensive linemen in the second round?
Also, the Chargers should be able to sign some free agent OL's. I do not foresee the Chargers taking an offensive linemen in their first three picks.
And anything < 4YPC is bad. Your running back was undrafted for a reason. He contributed to that shutout you guys were served a few weeks ago. If you guys get a capable running back, it will make your offensive line look a lot better.
