Just to defend the Ford pick.. Last year Hali looked to be greatly slowing down, and it still wasn't for sure whether we were going to resign Houston this season. So while it looked wasted, it gives us a lot of flexibility.
Not the best pick tho.

As of right now I would be very surprised to see Miami go RB in the first round, Lamar Miller has had a great season this year, and I am hoping Moreno will be back. We also have a rookie named Damien Williams who has looked very good. Also Drafting another runningback similar to Miller doesn't make a whole bunch of sense, if it were a power back it would be more likely, but another speed isn't needed, we have two under contract right now in Miller and Williams.
With the way your draft has shaken out it doesn't leave Miami in a great place, if that is the way things happen I'd prefer them to trade down.. Miami has big needs at LB, CB, OG and WR/TE. As far as WR or TE goes they just need a big target for the redzone. A guy like Jaleen Strong or Green-Beckham would be sweet, but they might be a bit of a reach at 14.. Would really prefer a CB though.. Tough spot though..
Also I think Landon Collins falls way to far in your draft, I cant see him making it out of the top 10.

I pretty much rip on any one who mocks a 1st or 2nd round receiver, but Green-Beckham has such a rare combination of physical size and athletic ability that I would take him, although at the moment I dont think most believe he will go in the first round. I dont think there has been a receiver as physically gifted as this kid since Randy Moss.

Again, no Nose Tackle please. Steve McClendon is perfectly fine. I don't know why people think we need DL help.
Our needs are: S, CB, Pass Rush, TE, and a backup RB.

This is pretty great. There's just no telling what Tennessee is going to do right now. The team SAYS they're "all in" on Zach Mettenberger and that he will at least have a chance to be the franchise guy. And I hope he does and that we don't need to draft a QB. but the administration may see it differently. Ken really never got to work with his own QB, even though he did draft Zach, and if the GM and Whiz agree that Winston is the savior, then by all means it's a good pick.
A few picks I have problems with: Gordon to Miami: This pick is way too high. Melvin Gordon's pro stock is not as good as he was in college. DGB to New England: I don't think this guy gets drafted in the first round, and he might go undrafted. He has the biggest ?'s of any player. Andrus Peat to Houston: Peat started off the year very well and has great size, but like Ogbuehi, his play clearly fell off towards the end. Landon Collins to Philly: He's a top 10 pick. Him falling this far is a pipe dream.
Otherwise, I can't poke many holes. Nice work.

Agreed, not that I'd wright a NT in the first all together, but it would have to be a much better option to do so. I'd be okay with Alvin Dupree here.

I personally think Dupree is going to boost his stock out of our range at the Combine. He is already getting rave reviews for his power and athleticism. I think he will end up going Top 15 to be honest.
