With James Jones gone I'd have to say that Cobb would be the #2 on the depth chart and Boykin would be #3.
IMO Cobb is the more talented receiver when healthy and will likely share the bulk of the load with Nelson.
DaVante Adams will likely take James Jones spot on the roster but will likely be the 4th option due to being the newby.
I personally would go with Cobb over Boykin.

Cobb was the two last year -with- Jones there. There's no question Cobb > Boykin. That's just crazy.

Okay. For some reason I just didn't envision Cobb as a #2 Wr playing on the outside. Thx

Just that Cobb missed most of last season, so I wasn't sure what the deal was.

No. I didn't realize Cobb was used on the outside on an every day basis. Like a true #1 or #2 Wr. Figured they rotated him there on certain plays. Didn't realize he opened the games as the #2 outside Wr on Depth Chart. Thought he was primarily a slot WR and that he may have competition with Boykin for playing time.

Boykin might play outside more, but there is 0 chance he has more snaps, or catches than Cobb unless there's another injury. I'd really think Adams has a good chance at fighting Boykin for snaps. But Cobb is one of the guys they move him around for matchups, and he won't leave the field often.
