So, to be clear, if I want to get responses on a thread, insult soccer, cool, got it. Click on the link y'all. "NASCAR on TNT was the #4 program on cable and the top sporting event - topping all World Cup telecasts on ESPN." Yes, i'm talking about America, its implied, I don't care about what the world watches. but it also mentions that the world cup is aired on other networks like ABC and didn't include those numbers. |

Hahaha, I'd love an autograph, I have Kevin Harvick autograph, still need a Jeff Gordon autograph, I had pit passes for the TMS race this spring and was hopeful to have a little luck on my side and get to meet Jeff, but it rained the whole day, boo!!!! I need a Will Power autograph too.

There are numerous reasons why... 1 - Not everyone gets cable. Cable and satellite subscribers are cancelling. Its getting to be too expensive. 2 - The channels the race is on, are poor in race coverage. Too many commercials,too much talk,they dont shut up,racing order coverage sucks,etc etc. 3 - Alot of fans are sick of the sell out to profits,commercials,Danica Patrick,etc etc. 4 - Fans still have not come back after Dale Seniors death. 5 - People are frustrated with too many rule changes. I completly agree with #2, 4, and 5. Undoubtedly Dale's death had a big impact, especially because nobody really took over his role, how could anyone? But I really believe that Chase Elliott will bring alot of those type fans back. Not sure I agree with #3, not entirely at least. I married Danica, my lifesize Danica cardboard cutout, we had a blast together, then she cheated on me with my lifesize Dale Jr cutout. |
