I like the suggested pros and cons for the mountain and the swamp.

What about the caves though? Can be occupied by a Plaxophile and your character might never recover mentally from the sight of it. its funny because I was in the cave last game lol

So what do yall think about the trees/water thing? Also, instead of just throwing in beast at random and controlling him..how about, just like in the trial, 1 person gets to be the 1 and only beast. He doesn't know where anyone is. But if he gets within a mile of someone, a host informs him where that person is, because it can smell him. If he encounters a person, if he kills them, he stops moving for that day and just eats. It still has starvation factor. But how would the fighting be done between the beast and a person? How would the beast win and how would the person win?

That's a good idea. I think I will do that with desert. How about a water oasis in the middle of a desert or high in the mountains that has healing properties? Another excellent idea. It would be awesome for players who aren't fortunate enough to have medicine. There should be only 1 oasis though. I do not think I am going to add mountains because there isn't a huge difference between it and other terrains.

How would the beast win and how would the person win? Beasts would be 100 physicality and 100 survival, just like in the trial. It would be a normal fight just like fighting a person. I think everyone should have the option of becoming a beast once the games is cut down in half. Then the beasts come out.

for the mountain, a pro can be that you can see far away and spot where others are.

Players shouldn't start with a map. They should be told that there are X number of locations where copies of the map are located. EG you start at location J-10, (current game), and maps are available at E-7, J-17, L-4, etc.
1 thing that's essential is that the terrain should be more dangerous the further you get from the centre.

So is there going to be a healing oasis in the desert or packages dropped there every once in a while?
