This article provides plenty of facts. I.E., indisputable evidence. A friend of Ronaiah Tuiasosopo told us he was "80 percent sure" that Manti Te'o was "in on it," and that the two perpetrated Lennay Kekua's death with publicity in mind. According to the friend, there were numerous photos of Ronaiah Tuiasosopo and Te'o together on Tuiasosopo's now-deleted Instagram account.
The sheer quantity of falsehoods about Manti's relationship with Lennay makes that friend, and another relative of Ronaiah's, believe Te'o had to know the truth. Mostly, though, the friend simply couldn't believe that Te'o would be stupid enough—or Ronaiah Tuiasosopo clever enough—to sustain the relationship for nearly a year. This is the ONLY evidence against Te'o being involved in all of this, and it is not "indisputable evidence" nor is it absolute fact. It is speculation and only speculation based on bias (not against Te'o or Notre Dame, but based on what the writers of the article have experienced himselves or have seen from other people. They do not know Te'o one bit, and therefore cannot prove that he was in on it, despite what their bias suggests.) You have no evidence whatsoever that everything coming after this article from ESPN, NFL.com, etc is a cover-up. Pure logic makes Te'o innocent until proven guilty as of now. I am not trying to defend this action or defend Te'o, but trying to explain logically that you cannot claim that this was a cover-up.

Ask yourself this: If Te'o wasn't in on it, and he had known about this since December, why did he never debunk the rumors?

Notre Dame probably discovered the truth behind this story weeks ago but decided to keep it under the rug to avoid national humiliation. This could also explain (at least mentally) why Te'o struggled in the BCS game too if his mind was elsewhere and he was getting paranoid about this situation leaking out.

lol, the only fact that is know so far is that the girlfriend never existed and a certain group of people made her up.
We have no idea if Te'o was in that group and knew about it or if he was a victim in this. May never know, may know soon.
If he was in on it I lose all the respect for him I have, which is a shit ton...

I know you hate Notre Dame and Manti Te'o but Marchin'On just wait til we get all the facts before you lay down judgement this is obviously going to be investigated and put under the microscope by the NFL, media and the school.
