Of course the GM is selling, but no one is buying. Glad you realize #1 is a rumor and a false one. Let's trade a second for Bradford then trade our best defenders+picks+Bradfords ridiculous cap # for an injury prone QB. Ok. No one is buying? Shut up! It's January you fucking troll. Have any big deals for QBs went down since the RG3 fiasco Juggs? Huh? Teams aren't throwing away picks anymore for qbs. Especially this year. It's reality you fucking snotnosed know it all prick.

Even if no trade comes, that's irrelevant because it's January. You know this. You're trolling.

So many years teams with the #1 pick have wanted to trade it away but way more often than not they've been stuck with it. I think the Titans will end up picking with the #1 pick but that's my gut feeling. The RG3 trade really fucked that up for teams wanting to trade down. The risk is really high. I don't think there's a QB good enough to warrant the move.

At this point the Steelers are looking to win a superbowl before Ben retires, that means finding impact players that can play now.
DB is their most glaring weakness, but they really can't afford to go for a project CB. That means going for passrusher, DE/DT, as well as going after corners and safeties.

Why does everyone think we need a DE? We don't. Especially not early within the 1st 3 rounds. We may need a NT if we don't resign McClendon, but DE is probably the lowest position of need on our roster other than RB and WR with Cam Heyward turning into a legitimate star on our D and Stephon Tuitt getting better every year.

There's no need for a true NT anymore, ideally the selected player could play DE at NT, the Steelers mostly play with 2 down linemen anyways which means they'll need a solid rotation to keep everyone fresh as they're depth is pretty trash. Or be an interior pass rush specialist. My point is, they could get a player in the mold of Heyward or Tuitt to beef up the front line which is the easiest way to creating a better defense. A DE/DT to play in the middle or rotate with Cam or Tuitt makes the whole defense better. But you're right they shouldnt grab one unless he's a difference maker.

Hackenburg's mental game going into the NFL, and why he'll go hiring than a lot of you will expect. He's the most mental ready QB available. Mind you the youtubers is an excellent draft guru of sorts that I've used in the past to get an understanding of prospects.

I knew their defense was good, but having it broken down like that, they look well coached and impressive.

Burns would be a good fit. Solid press CB, really good physical talent. Seems pretty raw at this point, but nothing that cannot be coached.
