I understand the Lawson pick. I agree it's likely.. but man do I hate it! I have you guys taking Elliot personally. Elliot was born to play for the Eagles...He'll get us to the promised land

You really hit it on the Pats picks.
Cyrus Jones is a guy who is destined to be a Patriot. He is a perfect scheme fit and Nick Saban coached. Perkins would be a good fit as well, but I think they would go with Devontae Booker over him. Carroo would be the younger athletic receiver they could use. He would really be more for depth, but I do think they are going to go after a WR in the 2nd or 3rd round. And I really like Perry. He is has the typical size we look for in a LB, can play multiple positions, and is an Urban Meyer product.
I am pretty sure the Pats are either going to trade down with one of their 2nd or 3rd round picks, or trade up with some of the later rounders. There is a pretty big gap between the 3rd and 6th round, and I would be surprised if they don't try to fill that via trade.

He's the only one who I really think is healthy right now. And when it comes to private workouts, I just don't believe the Pats will give the thumbs up to a runningback with any redflags looking at what the Pats have right now.

I really don't think Belichick values the running game very highly. There are always exceptions, but what we have right now isn't really any different than what we have had over the past 5 years. They seem to have taken more risks recently when it comes to drafting players with injuries, and that has had relatively mixed results so far. Look out for Jordan Howard as a Patriots pick. I think they could take him as high as the second round and see him as a really good fit, but he also does have some injury concerns.

I think he's better than I gave him credit for. It's easy to judge a guy badly when he's hurt. A lot of people fall into that trap, and I usually don't, but I think I did. With that amazing Eagles offensive line I think he could look really good this year. And with Elliot, damn. I'm not a fan of your receivers at all though.

Philly's receivers are very bad, totally agree. In need of a playmaker...Agohlor is a huge disappointment so far.
