Little early to say we need a LT more than WR or S. Also don't think OG is a huge need. Just need to draft depth or an Allen upgrade around the third round next year.

Ones I disagree with: Giants and Jets needing QBs. Eli is a two time SB champion and will be replaced only upon retirement. Enough said. Smith, while not invincible, will endure as a starter even if he regresses due to his potential and the flashes he showed as a rookie.
Giants need pass rushers: Jason Pierre Paul, Damontre Moore, Mathias Kiwuanuka are on the roster filling all three rush spots in their offense. They don't have the rotation they used to, but it's not really a need.
Texans not needing a QB: They have the worst QB spot in the league! Quantity doesn't make quality at the position. Fitz, Savage, and Mallett are all stop gaps designed to give the fans something to root for and to give O'brien a shot at not getting immediately fired on one of the league's weakest rosters. Answer this: Would Houston pass up Winston, Mariota, Petty, or Hundley right now? No way. However, I give you credit here because Houston has a need at every position except LT, C and pass rusher.
My titans biggest need is actually at 3-4 ILB. We have two 4-3 OLBs moving to it and they are both new and not right for the system.
Jacksonville has the worst pass rush in the league. They need pass rushers.
Saints don't need RBs. They have shown consistently that they are fine with who they have, and they don't even use RBs much in an offensive strategy that starts and ends with Drew Brees. I mean, if they get the chance at Todd Gurley than they would, but it's a luxury for them and not a need.
Other than my nitpicking though, this is a great list and I will use it as a resource for sure.

Why did you put RB as the Saints #1 need? I can agree with the the positions you put for #2 and #3, though.

Considering they drafted Jack Mewhort, have Hugh Thornton who should be better this year and Donald Thomas if he's healthy next year, guard won't be a need for them.

Trust me we dont need a guard. We were willing to deal Mankins because of the of guys like Josh Kline and Jordan Devey who have been developmental prospects for a few years, and are more than ready to start.
We will only have James White and Tyler Gaffney under contact at the RB position for next season, so that is in the top 3.
A safety isnt really a need either. We have multiple players who are fighting for the position, and it isnt a bad competition either. Whoever wins the spot next to Mccourty will have earned it. I expect Logan Ryan will be the main guy at the position, when Browner returns from suspension.
What we could really use is more depth at the LB position, even though we have one of the leagues best starting 3 IMO. We are screwed at the position if any of the guys go down though. We could also use one really good sub rusher, which is not by any means a first round reach considering how important it is to get after the QB.
I think it is way to early to say the Bills and Jets need to take a QB. Manuel and Smith were both rookies last year, so expectations should have been low.

Our best OLineman are 30+...our cbs are very serviceable...especially with Nolan Carroll and Boykin. Safety...we will see. 1. OL, 2. LB(inside or Out), 3. WR

Other than my nitpicking though, this is a great list and I will use it as a resource for sure. Eli Manning has clearly regressed every year since winning his last Super Bowl. He has led or was near the top of the league in INTs the past few seasons as well. His contract also doesn't bode well as he hasn't played up to it. I honestly think this is Manning's last chance. Sure you could argue that they were learning a new system last year, but Manning is no longer a blue-chip Quarterback. The Giants DL needs help all around. Their DTs are ancient and Kiwanuka is a free agent after next season. Damontre Moore is also just a situational pass rusher at best. Geno Smith was and is never going to be a good NFL QB. He is pretty much a clone of Vince Young. He can make plays with his legs and has a decent enough arm to show flashes, but he doesn't have what it takes. There is also the pressure of being the QB for the Jets and if he isn't able to shake that off, he will end up like every other one that has played for them. With Houston, normally I would agree with you, but they are invested in both Tom Savage and Ryan Mallet so they will give them both a year or two to show what they have before they draft a QB high. I am surprised I didn't put Pass Rushing on the Jaguars needs, I agree that is definitely a big need. The Titans Defense overall has so many players moving to a system which they don't fit in. In fact, the only players you have aside from the Secondary that fit in a 3-4 are Kamerion Wimbley and Al Woods. As far as New Orleans, I just dont feel confident in their RBs. Mark Ingram hasn't broken through and he is starting out of necessity. Pierre Thomas also seems to be losing favor of the Saints so I don't like their depth either. Drew Brees being their entire Offense just doesn't make me feel right. He has significant injury history and at his age, having him go down is the worst thing that can happen.

IMO, Eli being on the Giants in 2015 will depend on Coughlin being there in 2015. (btw cityofchamps - the Giants did not have a "new scheme" last year, it was just that Kevin Gilbride's scheme was outdated and known, and his concepts required a good amount of time to complete on the field, and with the Giants having a POOR offensive line, Eli saw himself stuck and had to force the issue on several occasions, hence the poor year) If the Giants finish 6-10 or worse in 2015, I think Jerry Reese gets the boot and Tom Coughlin retires. If that happens, there will be a new direction, and there is almost no way Eli will be a part in a new regime. However, I think the Giants really like Nassib, and unless the Giants finish poorly and have a shot at Mariota or Winston (and guys of that nature in the 1st round), I think Nassib will be the QB of the future. In the grand scheme of things, Eli's future with the team won't be based on how he is the entire year. I think it will be more of how he progresses as the year goes on. Eli has played in 1 scheme for his entire career, and being asked the change how he plays the game is VERY tough, something that almost everyone underestimated coming into the preseason. That is why he has looked so poor in the preseason. Eli's playcalling and passing has altered from a "route has to develop" concept to a timing-based concept. Unless the team completely bombs out, I see Eli in a Giants uniform next year. But Eli is certainly not safe, not in the least. And quickly on the DL and pass rush, it is certainly one of of biggest needs. Kiwanuka is not that good anymore, and is a situational guy we got back on a paycut. JPP is in a Make-Or-Break season. Damontre Moore is actually someone I remain very high on and think he can be good for us for the next few years. If all goes well, Hankins and Moore will be starters next year, but we need a big-time player on the DL, no doubt. Overall, I think you hit the 3 needs for the Giants, COC (with the QB obviously depending on the team's success this year).
