It looks like we got the old Falcons back. Offensively we looked excellent. Especially, Matt Ryan. He played elite and it looks like he took another step forward as a player. The offensive line as a whole looked vastly improved. The D-line has made good strides, but we still need an edge rusher. Our defense as a whole looks a little bit better, but is still bad. Harry Douglas, Devin Hester, and Levine Toilolo all look like decent threats and that just opens a dynamic to our offense we haven't seen before. Overall, a fantastic performance. Although I will add, it may have been a lot of how good an offense the saints have, not just how bad our defense was. Our defense could probably stand up to an average offense better. Improvement is needed though.

Hard to go on the road at the bengals and win. They did everything right and looked great. No matter, we have to prepare for TB off a quick turn around.

1 word: domination. Devin Hester well deserved that record tonight. Atlanta looks primed and ready for any home game this season. If we can get a winning home record, we could sneak into the playoffs with a 3-5 or 4-4 road record. Enjoy your mini bye week Atlanta, you earned it.

Atlanta looked pretty mediocre tonight. That offense just isn't explosive enough without Tony Gonzalez

Atlanta looked pretty mediocre tonight. That offense just isn't explosive enough without Tony Gonzalez His departure opened the door for Hester. You don't want to ever lose a HOF, but the WR depth we have makes up for it. I think we'll be fine, at least in the immediate future. Also, hi morkom and marchin' how are teams doing? You guys have been much quieter than this time last year.

Starting 0-2 sucks, especially when you lose both of those games on GW field goals, but I'm still pretty confident the Saints will be in the playoffs. I don't really see reason to panic.

Atlanta looked pretty mediocre tonight. That offense just isn't explosive enough without Tony Gonzalez Losing Tony Gonzalez has forced Matt Ryan to spread the ball out more. Matt Ryan used to always force passes to him. We have always had good depth amoung our WRs but its never really showed comepletely until now. I really think that Matt Ryan is taking another step forward as a player.
