Very few things can be said in the AFC South this year that is better then the place the Texans are in and what they have in front of them. After a hard fought beginning to the franchise they have finally reached the next level in which they have stumbled to get to before.
With the Colts being in rebuild mode, and the Jags missing their Star RB to start the year, Both the Texans and Titans would seemingly have a leg up.
During this offseason the Texans have lost a few key Defensive players, as well as Greg Knapp (To Oakland <3) And will look to replace them and move forward.
One of the developing story lines has been JJ Watt, he was to be on of the strongest forces on the Defensive line. The good news is what originally appeared to be a bad injury was taken care of by popping his dislocated elbow back into place, and he looks to only be out a few weeks at most.
The next big story is the developing WR situation. Only Walter and johnson have contributed at any decent extent for the Texans and the next group needs to step up. But as long as Andre is healthy it will be easier then if it is not.
Schaub also is overcoming an season ending injury last year and looks to rectify it this year. He had a foot injury similar to DMC and both will look to be able to come back and use their feet for mobile and planting moves to avoid the defense and set up plays.
Other then that the texans camp has been relatively quiet, and we all look forward to more as the week advances
