lol. Imo Dumerville is an upgrade over Kruger, so this is a pretty good signing. That being said they lost their 2 starting MLB's, 2 starting Safety's, 1 starting Corner, 1 Starting Receiver, 1 Starting LT, and I feel like I am missing some players. That and their 2 TE's are going to be UFA next season. I think the Ravens can still compete, but no chance to repeat at this point.
I guess that could all change after the draft though.

Boldin as well.

I find it odd that the Ravens lost so much talent after the SB. I know talent is normally scalped, but not normally this much. FF wise, the Bal D/ST has went from a top 5 ranking in the position to like 15-20th area.

To be fair I think some of their losses are overrated. Kruger will not hurt them one bit, neither will Pollard, and probably not even Cary Williams. Dannell Ellerbe showed potential, but only in 14 games. Ray Lewis was clearly in effective against the pass. Now Ed Reed was still playing at a high level. Boldin played well in the playoffs.
Imo they could easily draft an ILB to replace Ellerbe, as well as a safety. They wont have the same leadership they had last year, but I think the talent can be replaced easier than most of us think.
Next year could really kill them if both of their TE's walk, and Flacco's contract could create even bigger problems down the line.
The fact is this team doesnt look built to repeat, but championships arnt won in March.

Nope if they were we could hand Miami theirs this year, Philly a few years ago when they built the dream team. And the Browns would be contenders every year with all the work and moves they continually make.
I just don't see their d being much good, actually see a sharp decline. Without Ray to lead the D it will suffer too. He was the heart of that team.
I'm just still really shocked with all the talent that left.

Imo Dumerville is an upgrade over Kruger. Now their ILB's are obviously a lot worse, as is their secondary. They are still going to be able to put pressure on the qb, which will help a weak secondary.

Ed Reed's departure was made up by the fact that Dummervil came in.
Okay to the fact that Flacco still has Torrey Smith, Dennis Pitta and Jacoby Jones as his weapons, but unless I'm missing something, how are they going to replace Anquin Boldin, arguably their best receiver in the entire 2012 season? I think they still have a gap to fill in this aspect.

He did play well in the playoffs, but imo they can find a receiver who will put up nearly the same numbers.
