1. An owner willing to spend money in FA, and get players needed.
2. A GM willing to cut players when needed, and doesn't get to attached.
3. A coach who can control his team, and always get their best effort.
4. A QB who can throw a ball accurately, and can step up when needed.
5. Talent to support the QB.
Look at the Chiefs:
1. Clark Hunt is known for being cheap. He rarely gets the big player in FA, just settles for the second and third best to save cash. We could have had Orton, instead we have Quinn. We could of payed Bowe the money he deserves, and tagged Orton. Plenty of things we could of done. Instead we have a expiring Bowe, and Cassel.
2. Scott Pioli gets way to attached. Cassel should of been gone after last year, or at least been replaced before this far into the season.
3. This has been our biggest problem all season long IMHO. Crennel is a way to nice. He needs to show he cares. Yell. Do anything. Get this team fired up! We have no heart.
4. This one is obvious. Cassel sucks, and Quinn obviously isn't the answer.
5. This is the only one our team has out of some of the most important things in football.
