Top 5 Giants players to watch
5 - Marvin Austin. Rumors are that he is playing this week - which is a huge nail-biter. The man has not played a regular season game in the NFL yet, and now can be his chance. With a banged up DT core, he can pose as a big threat in a pass rushing set which can help set the tempo on defense.
4 - David Wilson. David Wilson struggled last week, and it must change. Many eyes will be on him this week as many will want to see how he responds to a sub-par week. He was the 1st round pick and has high expectations - he has to start living up to it or he will leave a bad taste in peoples' mouths.
3 - Corey Webster. Webster was treated like a little kid last week against DAL. He is supposed to be the NYG no.1 CB, but Ogletree juked him on a TD play, and was outplayed the entire game by Austin and Dez. He has Vincent Jackson this week, and HAS to step it up.
2 - Victor Cruz. Cruz is going to be a big part to the game this weekend. He had some jitters against DAL as he dropped 3 passes, and they were all going to end up first downs had he caught them. He will have to rebound and attack a rather average TB secondary.
1 - Eli Manning. Eli is going to be a big focus in every game for the Giants this year. He carried the team last year, and will have to play above average this year too so the Giants have a shot to repeat as division winners.

Top 5 Buccaneers players to watch
5 - Vincent Jackson. Corey Webster struggled last week, and the tall Vincent Jackson has a chance to come up big this week. He will have to pose as a big threat and nice receiving option for Freeman.
4 - Mark Barron. He is expected to hold anyone from making a big play - that is why he was drafted so high. He is going to have to keep the NYG WRs in check as well as help in the box for some running plays.
3 - Aqib Talib. The top CB will always be a pivotal factor to a game when they are playing NY, especially as of late. Talib will have to go against Cruz and Nicks - who are tough to stop. Can he contain them?
2 - Doug Martin. The Giants struggled stopping the run game last week, so Doug Martin will be hoping to continue the trend and have a big game.
1 - Josh Freeman. Josh Freeman played pretty good against Carolina, but their D is not similar to the Giants. Freeman will be tested by a punishing Giants front 4 and will be pressured many times. The question is, will be respond to the pressure and come up big?

Game Expectation:
While I feel TB will be feeling good coming into NY off of a win, I also feel very strongly about the Giants coming in strong after a week 1 loss to DAL. I think our passing game will regain stability, and that will help the running game a great deal. I think our whole team will be playing good, and I see the GMen coming out of Metlife 1-1.
