Ryan Tannehill is way too high. He regressed a lot this year, even though the numbers may not say the whole story. Aaron Rodgers is not the 2nd best QB IMO. Kirk Cousins is way way way too low. He is more than capable of being a franchise QB now. Carr and Tyrod Taylor are also to low. Brian Hoyer is terrible but he's not the worst. Kaepernick don't even belong on the list. Tannehill is right were he should be, middle of the pack. Even with a rough year I'd still take him over everyone CoC has under him. I'd like to see those QBs succeed in the offense of this past season. Yeah but I heard during the offseason was the Dolphins were suppose to take the next step in 2015, and instead they went backwards in a big way. He's been in the league 4 years now and still hasn't even sniffed a winning record yet. Not to mention his attitude is a red flag right now. It may not be fair to him, but at this moment I would put him in the bottom 10. Right now he seems like another Jay Cutler.

Kirk Cousins at 27. Did you even watch ANY of his games this year?
In the last ten games of the season, he was statistically a top-5 QB. Not saying he is a top-5 QB or even that close to being one yet, but over that span, his TD-INT ratio was 21-3. And you put him almost at the bottom?? He should be in the 10-15 range and he will only climb in the upcoming years, as he is younger than many of the guys above him.

Okay, thinking back I probably lowballed Cousins a bit, but I wouldn't put him ahead of say Derek Carr or Blake Bortles. We have seen Cousins have a good stretch of games before and flame out. When he has another good season like this one, he is in the 10-15 range.

Slight edit after doing some more thinking. I will allow myself one edit for each position group and that is it.

When he has another good season like this one, he is in the 10-15 range. You wouldn't put a guy who had 100+ QB rating in 7 of the last 9 games of the season and led his team to the playoffs ahead of two unproven youngsters who have never led their teams to anything? Sure, he has had good games before and then flamed out. But after the loss to Carolina, Cousins played statistically as well as almost any QB in the league. I'd take him over Bortles and Carr without a thought. Am I biased? Hell yes! I'm a Cousins fan, a Redskins fan, and I go to their games, and I don't see nearly as much of Bortles and Carr. But that said, Cousins had the best season a Redskins QB has had in at least twenty years. And while they have had some shitty QBs in that time, that still says a hell of a lot. And comparing him to the rest of the league yields very strong efficiency and accuracy numbers which Carr and Bortles don't have. So again, I don't understand why you put those guys ahead of him. Makes no sense to me. But it's your list. Not mine.EDIT: You jumped him up to 18. I can respect that. I personally may disagree with it and want to push him up at least four more spots, but I also acknowledge a lack of objectivity in my own evaluation and a need for more time watching him before coming to a conclusion.

I'm still withholding judgement until our offensive line can raise itself above bottom 5. He puts up solid numbers season in and season out with shit for an Oline. Also care to explain how he would sniff a winning record with shit around him offensively, and this year sporting one of the worst defenses in the league? How about arguably the most inept coaching staff in the league over his career? He gets so much shit that he doesn't deserve, and what is this attitude flag you are throwing? I haven't heard anything about a bad attitude from him. You can call me bias, but I have no ties to Tannehill. I could give a shit less about him, I care only for what's best for Miami. People are so hard on him for stuff I am not seeing. He is inconsistent for sure, but I'd like to see any QB in thr league succeed with the team and coach staff Tanne has had. My bet is only a few exceptional QBs could do much better.

WHERE IS PEYTON OMG
Nah, I think Osweiler will impress this year.
Jay Cutler has proven time and time again that he has all the arm talent but very little leadership, decision making, and doesn't carry the team. The only reason he's paid so much is because there aren't many options out there better than him.
Considering the whole goal of each season is to win the Lombardi, and Smith gets playoff wins and doesn't hurt his team, and the fact that Cutler's teams are annual disappointments that rarely make the playoffs, Smith is better. He may be a game manager but that's better than getting paid 100 mil to be the source of mediocrity like Cutler is.

He will resign on a 2-3 year deal worth 10-12 mil a year on average. I'm 90% positive.

Jesus, 10 million a year for a part of a season of decent play.. Man is the QB market inflated.. I'd say he is worth maybe 5 mil at this point in his career. Way too much to prove still.
