I do this every year but Im doing it a little bit early this year.
What I do is look at all the players that are on championship teams and figure out the common players on those teams.
This year I have taken the common players from both teams in championship games from 8 leagues.
These are the most common players. Some are surprises and some not.
Ranking from most to least....
Demarco Murray - 5 Leveon Bell - 5
Andrew Luck - 4 Dez Bryant - 4 Antonio Brown - 4 Matt Forte - 4 K Benjamin - 4 J Charles - 4 Emmanuel Sanders - 4 Tom Brady - 4 Odell Beckham - 4 Travis Kelce - 4
P Manning - 3 CJ Anderson - 3 TY Hilton - 3 Gronk - 3 Eddie Lacy - 3 Jordy Nelson - 3 J Forsett - 3
Demaryius Thomas - 2 Jeremy Maclin -2 Calvin Johnson - 2 Jimmy Graham - 2
I will do this again after the championship games are played, take the players from the winning teams and narrow it down more.

IDK what your numbers indicate, but you might be thinking the past month. Beckham wasn't a hot commodity til Cruz went down. Travis Kelce, seriously? Demaryius way down there, really? With Graham, really? DT is the #2 WR in a standard - 7th overall W/R/T. Graham ain't on the 1st page, let's see...Graham like 35 - 40th - right up down there with Jarvis Landry & Mike Wallace - below Knile Davis and Steve Smith Sr.

These arent statistics on anything. These are the most common players on the 2 teams playing for the championships in each league. 8 total leagues. 16 teams total. But this is just the leagues I have access to.

Luck, Forte, Demaryius, Jordy Nelson. Not too shabby for a 12 teamer.
