Interesting stat here.. Knile Davis at 6'0", 230 pounds ran a 4.29 40-yard dash, posted a 415-pound bench press and a 570-pound squat and they didn't let him go any further Marcus Lattimore at 6'0", 218 pounds ran a 4.46 40-yard dash, maxed at 270 pounds on the bench press and maxed out at a 440 pound squat Stuff like that means nothing, honestly. Thomas Rawls (Michigan's backup RB) is bigger, not just as fast but pretty close, and stronger than Fitzgerald Toussaint (Michigan's starting RB). But Rawls lacks vision, isn't a great catcher of the ball, and doesn't accelerate that well, and cannot make cuts and jukes like Toussaint can. Not saying Davis lacks vision, isn't a great catcher of the ball, and doesn't accelerate that well, etc, but I am just saying what somebody can do in the weight room really doesn't mean anything

I sorta agree..but I've already presented my case for Davis and why I think he's better..now I just showed how he's a little bigger, quite a bit faster and stronger than Lattimore.

But either way, pretty impressive to bench 415+ pounds and run a 4.29 40..

Although T-rich is 10 pounds less and benched 470 (vs 415) and squatted 600 (vs 570). His 40 time is 4.45 though, while Davis's is actually 4.33, not 4.29. BTW not sure if he wasn't allowed to max out or not..that's what I read but I can't find it anywhere else. Don't think it was true. Think it was his max

So Vernon Gholston and Dontari Poe are All Pro right now, correct?

No..I agreed with MO that they don't mean much..I just put it up here to show the athlete Knile Davis is..his size, great speed and strength..that's all..
