Hi Colts fans. My name is nateball89, lol, first timer here in the Colts room. Jerry Hughes has really become a star for the Bills, so I'm just wondering why he wasn't a good fit in Indy? He's playing so well for us, and while he might not be an "all-star," he certainly plays with a motor, and has a chip on his shoulder, and looks primed to be a starter for us for a very long time. Just wondering if any of you Colts fans could offer any insight as to why the Colts saw him as expendable.

It seemed like he didn't like being part of the Colts. On the year where he got significant action, while he was a good pass rusher, he was invisible against the run and comitting too much penalties. This is another case of a Colts player playing his best football on a contract year (Donald Brown)
