They're both fruity. *PUN* So he says he doesn't agree with their lifestyle. Sort of a silly thing to be considered a crime. Although since Saska reexplained he was mistaken and the fellow was actually arrested because he was asked to leave the school property and refused, that makes more sense. You can come to our church and protest Jindred. We have chili sometimes after church. It's pretty good. Lol well placed pun. And yea Canadians always try to polite route first "excuse me sir, would you please stop stabbing me? If you don't I will have to inform you that I may call the police!" Lol I am actually anti protesting. In fact I believe I will go out and protest protesting.. wait.. craig440 The video was only of them getting arrested.. Yes the man seemed nice enough but nice people still tell people they are going to burn in hell all the time. One of my best friends when I was in grade school told me I was going to burn in hell once when all I said was "I don't know if I believe in God anymore" The pastor at the church I went too said it all the time! Not directly to me, but his sermon was more often than not about burning in hell. Do you know the moral of most Anti-Gay people's story is? That because you are gay, God is disgusted by you and you will burn in hell. It doesn't have to be said with hate to be something that shouldn't be said in public. What else would he be saying in his protest? Why else would he be protesting?

craig440 If what you are saying about the sex in the streets and harassment is true then yes it is just as bad as someone being anti-gay in public. I am not for shit like that either, if that's how it is then that's ridiculous and people should be fined, as well as it should be cancelled unless the group of people involved changes how they go about it. As far as me protesting at your church that is purely hypothetical as the idea of protesting anyone's beliefs or lifestyle is beyond me. But I am sure if you got even half the hate directed at your church as many gay people do their entire life you wouldn't be happy. In general I think protesting should be banned if it has anything to do with a lifestyle, or religion because those things are nobody elses business.

It looked to me like he was trying to educate people on the gospel. That's all. So what if they tell you you are going to burn in hell. Which by the way I have never heard in my church. If I told you your fantasy football team sucks and you are going to come in last, are you going to arrest me?
This is just ridiculous. We all know Saska started this thread as a bash on religious people. Atheists do that. My son in law does that. Anything he disagrees with is ignorant. It's shameful. Atheists seem to have a mission to rid the earth of faith. It will never happen my friend.

JindredI was very very proud of that pun. I'm very pleased. I never get why people who don't believe in Hell get offended by people telling them their going to burn in hell. Is it because it's essentially the person telling you you're a bad person? And not the hell itself? Because if you told me I was going to be shit on by pigeons for eternity in Narnia after the Witch turned me into stone. I'm not sure I'd get a hoot. No matter how serious you were or how much you believed it to be true. I'm just glad we can agree everyone is a terrible person no matter if they're straight or gay.

I did not see that guy saying anything of the sort in the video you provided. The gay pride parade here in San Diego has gone way beyond gays and lesbians showing their freedom. It actually gets down right nasty. I mean real nasty. The city of SD was sued by some fire fighters who were made to go. They won their case as to being sexually harassed on the job. Rodger Hedgecock who was mayor applied for a permit to have a heterosexual parade and was denied. So its okay to have a gay parade but a heterosexual parade is offensive. The world has turned upside down. Like I said gay people don't bother me, but I don't want to even see men and women having sex in public. And at the gay parade they do. You just like that guy getting arrested because he believes in God. Shame on you. Rethink your position. In America we have freedom of religion, not freedom from religion. Seriously Craig? You think I boil my opinion on people down to whether or not they believe in God? For an older guy, you still have a lot of growing up to do. I am constantly rethinking my position. That's why I have been changing and growing and learning more and more with every discussion I have about these things. A few years ago I wasn't half the person I am today because I am willing to keep learning. Just because what I have learned disagrees with all the religious bullshit that pollutes the world and causes people to protest the rights of other people that don't have anything to do with them, you think I should change who I am? Your freedom of religion lets you believe what you want, but the ignorant assholes who think they reserve the right to tell other people how to live misinterpreted their rights. The pride parade wouldn't be what it is today if ignorant bigots hadn't been stripping homosexuals of their rights for centuries. Straight people don't get parades for the same reason white people don't. They've had every right and all the power for as long as they've been here. The minorities and the homosexuals are allowed to celebrate now because society has finally admitted they are people. If you don't like it, stay home and pray to your god for another flood to wipe them all out.
