8 would just create too many playoff games IMO. 8 team playoff is total of 16 games to determine the national championship winner. I think. I'd personally like to see a 6 team playoff. I think that'd be perfect. 4 is too small, but 8 is too large for me. No, Oregon was #2 only in the playoff committee rankings. The AP poll and coaches poll had FSU #2. They would've gotten the nod over Oregon. That's dumb. And lol it would be 4+2+1. 4 games to bring 8 to 4. 2 games to bring 4 to 2. And 1 for the championship. Oh. Don't ask me where I got 16 from. I'm just really bad at math. Morkim can attest to this.

If the BCS still existed, the championship would've been Bama vs FSU, and Bama would've claimed another natty. Crazy to think about. This is why a playoff was needed. I wonder which other BCS natty winners wouldn't have been playoff winners. It would have been Oregon/Bama.. uo over an undefeated FSU? Yeah right.

They were not clearly better. If FSU and uo played 10 times...it wouldn't be lopsided one way or the other. FSU killed themselves with 5 TOs. Jameis didn't even play bad.

I mean, not as bad as they made themselves look but bad.

Lol wait what? The B10 plays football too?! I think the B1G is definitely a conference on the rise. - OSU will be a natty contender from here on out. - Michigan St will continue to be top 10/top 15 under Dantonio. - Michigan will eventually become natty contenders under Harbaugh. - Penn St should be pretty good here shortly. I still think James Franklin is a good coach. (Keeping Bob Shoop away from LSU was huge) - Paul Chryst is kind of unproven, but I think he will keep the Wisconsin machine running. .... I have no idea WTF Nebraska is doing though.
