Now that the Recruits are signed up, the first news worthy of discussion is the new proposed rule that has moronically been deemed by worst fanbase in the nation..."the anti-duck rule".
The NCAA may pass a rule that allows the defense 10 seconds when the play clock starts to sub players. So if the offense snaps the ball before the clock reads :29...they will be flagged with a Delay of game penalty. Finally.

Heard about that yesterday.
And what do you mean "finally"? This would be an absolutely terrible rule change.

That's the first thing I thought of when I first heard about the rule. Saban's been bitching about hurry up offense ever since Manziel torched him 2 years ago.

Hopefully the decision committee has enough brains to strike it down. Although it wouldn't surprise me if they don't.

Yeah, doubt committee passes it. I just hate the ducks and they're only relevant because of chip finding this 'loophole' to prevent Defenses from substituting players. This would level the playing feild, no matter what anybody says. People hate Saban so they will say its just to benifit him, all the radio media I'm listening to agree. I'd love to see this pass just to make all these horrible duck fans cry. Total bias on my part. That's where the 'finally' came from MarchingOnPhil knight already paying the committee off...sure of it;)
