Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. I Corinthians. 6:9, 10 Jeff, I don't know if that was in response to my comments, someone else's, or just directed at everyone in general, but the problem with using those quotes is that they aren't true for everyone. Many of us do not believe there is any divine inspiration in those words and that they are merely words in a book written by an anonymous author. I respect that you hold those words to be true and they mean something to you, but using quotes from the bible to prove a point to an Atheist is a pointless act. It's like me using a quote from Harry Potter or MacBeth to prove something to you about the way the world works. The fact is, homosexuality doesn't hurt anyone. Anyone who is offended by it needs to mind their own business. Everyone has the right to not like it, but that's their issue. I don't like Jersey Shore and Duck Dynasty, but I don't go around telling other people not to watch those shows, or trying to get the shows cancelled because I find the content to be absurd, I just don't watch them. It's my issue, not theirs.

Back to the subject of his draft. I'm interested in seeing if he drops or not. Whats the consensus of where he would have been drafted if he wasn't gay?

saskabronco I liked your posts. Especially the comparison to Jackie Robinson. Well done.

saskabronco As far as your take on my friend not knowing his feelings when he was younger and just going with what was accepted, I disagree. If you had known him like I did for thirty plus years I think you may think differently. He most definitely like girls and not boys. If not he deserves an academy award. He even said he never had gay feelings before.

We need a pass rusher and look at Manti Te'o. We had no problem with his fake girlfriend thingy. So Telesco has proven he doesn't really worry about controversy. And hey if he's good and it doesn't cause lots of trouble in the locker room, I'm for it if we get a good deal. I know nothing about him as a football player.
