The simple fact is why he is the coach we will never be a contender. I mean we are far from an 0-16 team anymore but still he's taken us as far as he ever will. This team has talent now, but getting over the hump will take someone else. We are a lot like the 49ers a few years ago they got Harbaugh in and the team just thrived and under him ascending to the next level.

I can't say that he's a bad coach, but he lets his bad attitude trickle into the team Detroit needs someone who will bring discipline in.

7-7 after being 6-3... We should have won the division this season, instead we are back in 3rd place and will be staying there for rest of the season.
