This is a debate between Craig & I over at our CTM PB. He crack's me up. I'd like to get other's opinions.
So now that I have decided my QB should out score your qb, I will move on to RB1 and figure that out. Me vs you. (this is all speculative of course)
You Steven Jackson. Projected points 186
Me C.J. Spiller Projected points 236
I know projected points are terrible. But I'm happy to have a huge lead here. I win.
So that's two for me. And both are very decisive advantage me.
Yes, you do have an advantage at Qb. However, Arod gets the nod over everyone else's QB's in the league as well.
I find it funny though how you try matching up the rest....
Sjax is NOT my RB1, that would be T-Rich. Spiller still does get you the nod there over T-Rich, but the difference is not by much at all.
The rankings have T-Rich just a few spots below Spiller.
It goes Spiller#6, Charles#7, McCoy#8 and T-Rich#9. Pretty close matchup between our #1RB's if you ask me.
www.nfl.com/fantasyfootball/rankings#tabset=pr-topRB2 TRich vs Murray. They both can get hurt. No advantage there.
If they both stay healthy it is a push. I'll give you a push. .
Baaaahaaahaa!!! We now have established that it's not T-Rich vs. Murray as RB2 competition. It's Sjax vs. Murray.
Still, I find it
absolutely hilarious that you would even suggest that Murray is a PUSH with T-Rich though. You must be trying to convince yourself, because I don't believe that
ANYONE else would even consider drafting Murray over T-Rich. In fact, Murray is ranked waayyy down at #40 compared to T-Rich #9 ranking.
www.nfl.com/fantasyfootball/rankings#tabset=pr-topSo, NOW that we have THAT established(ROFL), Sjax is ALSO ranked MUCH higher than Murray on the list as well.
#24=Sjax vs. #40=Murray.
www.nfl.com/fantasyfootball/rankings#tabset=pr-topGot you beat there bud. I also don't think that many people would be drafting Murray over Sjax this season. You can't really go by "projections", as we ALL know how f'ed up they can be. The list of rankings is MUCH more accurate as to determine a player's value, IMO.
BWL!!!! Let's
NOT!!!!
SOOOO funny how you just skipped right by our WR1 & WR2 comparisons. Makes sense for you to try to ignore that position, as I CLEARLY have you overmatched by a WIDE margin in those two starting positions....You crack me up.
My WR1 is B-Marsh(ranked#14) vs Your WR1 in Antonio Brown(ranked#41). Landslide victory there for me.
My WR2 is Green(ranked#15) vs Your WR2 in Welker(ranked#60)
Again, it's not even close at all. Of course you could flip-flop who is considered your #1 & #2 Wr's, but that makes NO difference at all.
I have Reggie Bush vs your Ryan Mathews. If we are going by last year which we can't I win. If we are going by this year I feel it's pretty close. I see both players doing way way more than last year. But you give me shit about Murray being hurt! pssssh Mathews is glass dude. So I take the win here. I know I'm tooting Mathews horn this year because he's a Charger, but all homerisum a side. He will break. and you will be looking on the WW. You might want to hand cuff him with ......... Woodhead. Oh wait he's mine.
Reggie Bush way better choice than Mathews. (even though I hope not)
Flex 2 . Me Wes Welker. You Garcon . We shall see but I love my chances.
So far I am killing you.
Reggie Bush is a better play than Mathews at this point in time, no doubt. Both of them are injury prone, especially with Reggie now that he's back on turf as opposed to grass once again. He was always hurt while playing on turf in New Orleans. IF Mathews and Bush both stay healthy, I call this one a push.
Garcon is HANDS DOWN the #1 in WAS, Welker is a #3? in DEN?
Again, IF Garcon stays healthy, he EASILY out-produces Welker this season.
