~ Cruz and Hixon are the starting receivers (Nicks is excluded due to injury)
~ Rueben Randle is currently with the 3rd team
~ Starting OL = Beatty, Boothe, Baas, Snee, Diehl
~ David Wilson is the no.2 RB
~ Bear Pascoe is the starting TE, with Bennett no.2
~ starting LBs = Kiwanuka, Blackburn, Boley
~ backup LBs = Rivers, Herzlich, Williams
~ Jernigan is no.1 on KR and PR
===
Thoughts?
I personally feel Randle will win the no.3 job in preseason.

Herzlich is lighting it up. He might overthrow Blackburn for the starting ILB job.
Wilson has been great. Everyone is saying that he is a one of a kind player. Eli is ecstatic because he never had a player like Wilson before.

~ Cruz and Hixon are the starting receivers (Nicks is excluded due to injury) Of course. This is to be expected but I disagree with Coughlin on using Hixon on anything outside of returns. He's been the best return guy we've had for years and I feel he is too fragile at this point in his career to be used on offense as well. Also not surprising. He will stay there until he can show he understands this complex offense when he gets his preseason snaps. I'm really crossing my fingers for either Brewer or Locklear to beat Diehl out before the start of the regular season. I just don't think Diehl has it anymore. Good news but it's unfortunate Scott is only a fast player at this point. He has potential as well.
