Look at Bernie Sanders. Plenty of things he does and says are considered to be political mistakes. But he's stuck with the same agenda for 40 years and he's gone from 5% to 50% in six months anyway.

It's not like he isn't sticking with his views. He spent around 20 seconds or so on the NSA thing. Everyone knows his stance on the NSA.

I don't think people do. He needs to get in front of this crowd and explain why all these candidates are dead wrong on letting our government spy on us. He didn't even try to do that. He had a chance, and he changed the subject. If he did so in a previous debate, then great, but it need to be done over and over again.
