Also, Dorin Dickerson will make the cut, either at FB or at TE. He's a versatile pass catcher who Gailey discovered, but couldn't do anything with.

Fixed, replaced Summers with Dickerson and replaced Butler with Gilmore. But Butler may end up beating out Easley for the last spot.

Nateball89 or other bills fans.
You guys signed Flynn. Why? I thought Thad played well.

Lewis came out of last week limping. Actually had a light sprain early in the second half. Flynn is purely depth at this stage. Thad is on track to start tomorrow.

End of Season Depth Chart/Roster
Offense QB - EJ Manuel, Thad Lewis, Jeff Tuel FB - Frank Summers (UFA), Evan Rodriguez RB - CJ Spiller, Fred Jackson, Ronnie Wingo WR1 - Stevie Johnson, Robert Woods, Marcus Easley, Cordell Roberson WR2 - TJ Graham, Marqusie Goodwin, Chris Hogan (ERFA) TE - Scott Chandler (UFA), Lee Smith, Tony Mokeai, Chris Gragg LT - Cordy Glenn, Thomas Welch (UFA) LG - Doug Lergursky, Mark Asper C - Eric Wood RG - Kraig Urbik, Antoine McClain (ERFA), JJ 'Unga RT - Erik Pears
The biggest hole for this offense is left guard, Doug Lergursky was brought in after Andy Levitre left Buffalo for Tennessee. Lergursky is not a serviceable guard, but could be good depth he needs to be upgraded. Then the next step for the offense is to build around EJ Manuel, this could mean a tight end with Chandler a free agent or a solid WR target with the tallest decent receiver at 6'2" Stevie Johnson, a good free agent replace would be Hakeem nicks and a good draft replacement is Allen Robinson. The right tackle is a interesting position, Erik Peas is servicable, but could be upgraded if you want to consistently have great blocking, there are two scenarios for a replacement; either get a good left tackle move Cordy Glenn to guard and allow Hairston to get the start, or get a right tackle in free agency. A free agent replacement could be, Brandon Albert or Austin Howard, a draft left tackle could be Greg Robinson in the first round. If left guard, right tackle and wide reciever are all upgraded this offense would be a great oppurtunity for EJ Manuel to flourish after a modest rookie season, 180/306 COMP/ATT, 1972 yards, 11/9 TD/INT. 19th ranked Offense
Reserves Mike Caussin TE Kevin Elliott WR Chris Hairston T Kevin Kolb QB
The only reserve I can see making significant impact is Chris Hairston, he started or Bell back in 2011 when he went down with an injury at left tackle and played well. Kolb will not be needed with Thad Lewis doing a decent enough job this year and hopefully won't have to play this season.
Defense LDE - Alan Branch, Corbin Bryant DT - Kyle Williams, Stefan Charles DT - Marcell Dareus RDE - Mario Williams, Jerry Hughes SLB - Manny Lawson, Ty Powell MLB - Kiko Alonso, Arthur Moats (UFA) WLB - Nigel Bradham LCB - Leodis McKelvin, Brandon Smith SS - Jim Leonhard (UFA), Jonathan Meeks FS - Jauris Byrd (UFA), Da'Norris Searcy, Duke Williams RCB - Stephon Gilmore, Ron Brooks, Nikell Robey
This defense was underrated all season but just couldn't keep teams from scoring allowing 24 PPG. The pass rush was great this season 57 total sacks with leaders Mario Williams (13) Kyle Williams (10.5) and Jerry Hughes (10). This helped limit pass yards all year but the problem was stopping the run, in the bottom five in stopping the run and allowing a sub-par running back to get 200+ in Blount of the Patriots. This defense needs run stoppers, the only ones on this roster are Manny Lawson and Alan Branch which were great free agent finds. Another inside linebacker to complement Kiko Alonso's pass defense (4 interceptions) having Kiko the deserving ROY and a replacement could be Donald Bulter or Karlos Dansby or Skayne Skov in the draft. Another outside linebacker that can stuff the run could be added as well a popular selection in the draft is Buffalo product Khalil Mack but a free agent replacement could be Wesley Woodyard. And retaining Jauris Byrd as always is key.
Reserves Alex Carrington DL (UFA) Aaron Williams S Mana Silva DB
Aaron Williams and Alex Carrington both went down with season ending injuries, Williams would be starting over Leonhard at strong saftey and Carrington, a run-stopper would assist at DE and DT.
Special Teams K - Dan Carpenter (UFA) P - Brain Moorman (UFA) LS - Garrison Sanbron KR - Marquise Goodwin PR - Leodis McKelvin
Reserves Dustin Hopkins K
