Andersen hires the dude the beginning of January and the man up and quits--runs off to Oklahoma-- less than 2 months later and FIVE DAYS before spring training? Not a good start for our new HC. www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/195019961.html

Losing AC's happen. It's part of the game.
Actually, we just recently lost our DL coach (Jerry Montgomery) to Oklahoma. They seem to be poaching assistant coaches from everywhere. (We just hired our replacement today)
I don't see how this is Andersen's fault though. I'd say it's more on the AD for not trying to offer a competitive deal to try and keep him. It says in the article they're trying to hire a new one before the week ends though, so that is good.
I truly do think Andersen was a great hire for the Wisconsin program. Wisconsin is a football loving state, but honestly they don't produce a lot of talent - they have to dip into Ohio and Illinois for most of their players. Andersen is a great talent evaluator, so anybody he brings into the program should be talented.

If you're skeptical of Andersen because he came from a no-name program, I definitely know what you're going through.
I honestly hated the Brady Hoke hiring at first, but now I love him and wouldn't trade him for anybody. I really think Wiscy hit the jackpot with Andersen.
