So I am playing Fire Red right now. It is essentially Pokemon Red (the very fist pokemon game).
So I am at the elite four and I have 5 slots on my team filled and I need another pokemon to fill slot 6.. I have no idea who I should use. It needs to be from the Original 150.
Here is my team so far
Dragonite LVL60 aka Hera Kadabra LVL60 aka Houdini Flareon LVL60 aka Eve Blastoise LVL 60 aka Poseidon Niddoqueen LVL60 aka Ms. Nido... (I traded for her.. I wanted her name to be Athena.)
So who else would you have on this team?
Side notes - Can't catch Mewtwo yet. And I have the three legendary birds but they suck!

You have a dragon/flying type, a psychic type, a fire type, a water type, and a poison/ground type.
You have three pokemon on your team weak to ground, and also a lot of your pokes are weak in the SpDef area.
I suggest either Hitmonchan/hitmonlee or Snorlax.

I would suggest getting a Grass Pokemon, but Grass Types really, really suck in the Original 150 aside from Venusaur. Maybe you should go for an Electric type to take care of Lorelei. That is the only member whom I see you might have some trouble with (especially her Lapras, which can be a bitch to take out if you don't have a type advantage). The only good Electric Types in the game are Raichu (Thunderbolt) and Magneton (Lock On & Zap Cannon), unless you have Rain Dance and Thunder TMs to use for Electrode (because the only Electric type moves it learns are Charge and Spark).

Only problem is his moveset kinda sucks I don't have any good TMs to teach him and I haven't found any either.. Snorlax could work..

He should be able to knock most of the Elite Fours' out with one or two hits.

My Dragonite has Thunderbolt.. but I have been considering a Raichu, or maybe Electebuzz.. As of this moment my closest pokemon to being 60 is a Pigeot at level 55.. which is temping cause thats far less grinding to level 60! But Pigeot isn't overly good against any of the trainers in the elite four..

And yea, Pidgeot would work well against Bruno, but would be a relative liability against everyone else.
