Saints blew it. They choked. They had ample opportunities to kick their azz and kept making mistake after mistake. Brees 5 INT's. TD called back. TD dropped by Lance Moore. Let time run out in first half at 3 yard line.
And Falcons didnt look good at all last night.
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. - They pulled a Plaxico last night.

The Falcons will be lucky to win a playoff game this year. They're not as good as their record shows.

overall the saints defense played well, they didnt allow a 3rd down conversion until the 4th quarter. they looked horrible on the falcons first drive but then stepped it up for the rest of the game. there were some dropped passes by moore, graham and colston but that loss was completely on brees, just like it was last week. every INT hes thrown in the past 2 games has been his fault. idk what hes doing or if hes trying to prove something but he needs to pull his head out of his ass. at least the defense has turned around, theyve given brees the opportunity to win games but he just throws it away

I didn't get to watch the game, but I have a question. Based on the stats alone, it looked like NO dominated the Falcons other than the turnovers. Is that a fair assessment? I saw that a TD was called back at the end of the first half on a penalty and they dominated time of possession, first downs, etc? Just curious what you guys think. Just seems like the Falcons should have stomped them if they really are as good as there record says when they get 5 extra possessions and a TD taken back. The Falcons play calling fucked them, up 17-0 Koetter for whatever reason, got away from the run and it showed. But the defense stopped Brees, think about this..... How many defenses could keeping stopping Drew Brees for as many times as Atlanta's did last night? Not many that I know.

The Falcons will be lucky to win a playoff game this year. They're not as good as their record shows. Haters gonna hate. First of all, This defense that we have here is MUCH MUCH better than the ones we had in 2010/2011, those defenses SUCKED and it showed. This one we have here has won us AT LEAST 3 games this year (NO, ARI, and OAK), both those past defenses realied on the offense to get started up before they could work. I know if Koetter starts doing what he did last night that might be a problem, but trust me...... STATS DON'T MEAN SHIT!

The Falcons will be lucky to win a playoff game this year. They're not as good as their record shows. Depends on where and whom they play. They have a pretty good chance if they can keep that #1 seed but I personally don't think they favor well in a cold weather environment deep in the playoffs. If they were to play the likes of the Bears or Giants, it needs to be in Atlanta. It took the Giants a few years under the Eli/Coughlin regime to finally secure a playoff victory and I don't see why it can't happen for Ryan/Smith either. The Giants should be a good test for the Falcons since they have already dismantled two of the best NFC teams in the 49ers and Pack.

I'm really looking forward to a test.

The Falcons will be lucky to win a playoff game this year. They're not as good as their record shows. If our defense holds up and our running game stays as good as it's been lately during playoff time, I think we will get one. If we can do what we did last night to Drew Brees, we can definitely do it to anyone else.
