Our hero identifies as an Orc to the crazy bitch about to have him executed. Still, she’s kind of the sensitive type, so she needs to know more about the orc she’s about to have killed so that she can file the proper records with the mortician. Pick a few of the following questions, since there are a lot and I don’t want to spend too much time on character creation: Gender: Male or female Skin Color: it’s a 1-8 scale. Since our hero is an orc, 1 is very light brown and 8 looks like he’s from Ethiopia. Weight: 150-280 lbs. Weight doesn’t affect anything but how wide our character model is. Eye shape and length: All the options really look the same, but if you want, choose between skinny or normal eyes. Eye color: Pretty much anything you can think of. Nose: There isn’t a scale, so just describe how you’d like the nose and I’ll do my best. Mouth: They all look the same, but I can kind of change the size of the lips. Jaw: 1-6 scale. 1 is a point-dexter, 6 is Hulk Hogan Complexion: 1-8 scale of how “pretty” our orc is. 1 looks like an older, uglier guy. 8 looks like a model. Ears: Basically there’s just pointy and flat ears. Cheekbones: They all look the same Hair: Here's a picture of most of the hairstylesHair Color: Pretty much every color to choose from Facial Hair: Here's a picture of most of the Orc facial hairFacial Hair Color: Has to be brown or grayscale. Also, here’s the perks our Orc gets for being an Orc: Level 25 Heavy Armor (Iron, steel, dwarven, Daedra, Dragon, maybe some others I'm forgetting) Level 20 Smithing (weapon and armor improvement as a blacksmith), enchanting (adding magic powers to weapons and armor), two-handed weapons (greatswords, battleaxes, and warhammers), one handed weapons (swords, maces, daggers and axes), and blocking (how effective shields and using the left trigger are). Level 15 everything else Berserker Rage: For 60 seconds per “day” (roughly 2 hours of gameplay), our Orc can dish out double damage not including magic and he will only take half damage. Blood Kin: Are automatically allowed to take up quests at the Orc strongholds around skyrim. Once our hero becomes worthy, this is a questline we’ll definitely look into. I’ve never played as an Orc so I don’t know much about it. Discrimination: Orcs aren’t native to skyrim. We get worse prices and will occasionally be insulted by NPC’s and unworthy bitches.

I honestly couldn't care less what the Orc should look like TBH. I know SWTOR is very similar to what skyrim is since that's what I play every day, but it can be randomized if it makes it easier. I'm guessing everyone else may feel the same way since nobody responded yet.

Alright. I'll make graves tomorrow unless anyone wants to give input. Also we can get cosmetic surgery.

I'm so confused with this thread. Three years ago, it was Ceven playing fallout. The community dictated his choices. Jindred remembered it and dug it up from the grave. We've hijacked it and are now playing Skyrim the same way.

Graves stands with a chill in his spine as he looks his executioner dead in the eyes. Rolfson, the man assigned to do the deed, has never seen an Orc before and wonders to himself if his blade his thick enough. Lokir of Rorikstead, the horse thief bound alongside Graves, decides he'll die on his feet rather than on his knees. He makes a run for it. Unfortunately for him, the town of Helgen is lined with archers. He makes it less than 30 paces before being brought down. Graves is called to the block next. Seeing the fate of poor Lokir, Graves has no choice but to take his chances at the block. He kneels down and rests his head on the log. His last thoughts are of home, and they are not interupted even when the Rolfson lifts his weapon. When suddenly, a fucking dragon attacks out of nowhere! Chaos ensues! The execution is put on hold as the archers of Helgen attempt to fight the dragon. Alongside Ralof and Hadvar, two of Ulfric's sympathizers, Graves charges into Helgen's barracks keep. Hadvar and Ralof give him a blade and some basic armor, and the three set off to escape the city with their lives. This is where Graves has a choice to make. Even though he's no match for a dragon yet, he could still fill his thirst for blood. Will Graves: A: Murder Hadvar and Ralof immediately to steal their upgraded weapons and armor, and take his chances escaping the city? B: Work as a team with the two stormcloacks to fight off the many nasty enemies besides the dragon who lurk in the Helgen underground? C: Use Hadvar and Ralof as meatshields to deal with the keep's foes, but then kill them as soon as everyone is in the clear?

B. Yeah I know going the nice way isn't always the coolest choice to do, but they at least provided armor for you and stuff. But to betray someone after they helped you out is a coward's way. The Orc is already very strong anyway, and having some backup makes it even better.
My 2nd choice would be C though.

I saw Morkim's post early this morning and I played the first mission before my shift. Graves graciously accepted Rolof's offer to untie his bonds and take a few provisions from the Helgen Keep. Armed with a standard imperial sword, basic stormcloak armor, and a pair of boots, Graves brutally sliced open Rolof's back while he wasn't looking. Hadvar noticed and turned on Graves, but the orcish strength easily bested the imperial turncoat. Graves made off with their improved armor also looted two key items off of Rolof and Hadvar. Hadvar had a key to the Helgen Keep treasure room. Inside, Graves found a dope warhammer that helped him dispatch the remaining soldiers in the barracks and some freaky giant spiders in a later chamber. Armed at a low level, and with an impressive weapon, Graves finally escaped the labyrinth of caves beneath the now-ruined city of Helgen. The caves dropped him off just a mile north of a small town of riverwood. Coincidentally, the item I looted of Rolof was a last will and testament to be taken to his brother and his wife in Riverwood. This leaves us with a question for the community. But first, we leveled up during the mission. The levelup system in Skyrim means I can invest 10 points per level in either health, magic, or stamina. Health is pretty self explanatory. The more Graves has, the tougher he is to kill. Magic is more complicated. Every time Graves uses a spell (anything from healing to enchanting weapons to shooting fireballs), there is a magic cost. Upgrading our magic would let us use better spells more frequently. Lastly, there's stamina. Stamina lets Graves run farther, carry heavier weapons and armor, and use more combat moves. On top of the stat bonus we get, I can also invest in one perk relating to any skill in the entire game! elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/PerksThat link kind of explains it, but a few good perks Graves might want to invest in early would be extra heavy armor protection, extra two handed weapon damage for our warhammer, faster healing, or better blocking skill. Those are the skills the orc usually uses in combat. For the community choice, Graves is finally ready to undertake his quest for bitches! While he could just run to the nearest tavern and start asking every lass he sees, Graves has a better plan. Bitches are always wanting stuff, and Graves has learned that's why he got rejected so much in Fallout the first time. Graves needs to become more desirable. Should he: A: Try to get rich. Bitches love money. The best way to make money in Skyrim would be to follow in the footsteps of Graves father Tombstone and become an assassin. There just happens to be a group of assassins who are recruiting in Skyrim right now. Graves could go join them and take up assassinations for money. B: Become a war hero: War is on in Skyrim! The two sides are the stormcloaks and the imperials! You can read up on the war here if you're interested in the plot, but to summarize it, the Stormcloaks are a rebel band of religious fanatics looking to overthrow the empire. They seem nice and they just rescued you from executions, but they seem like they might commit genocide against the elves if they ever get to take power. They're also kind of rude to you since you're an orc and they're the rightful owners of skyrim. Alternatively, we could join the Imperial side. Those folks just tried to kill us, but joining them would mean fighting to restore peace to the region instead of destabilizing it by putting down the very violent revolution currently going on. If we can move up the ranks of either military force, bitches would surely swoon for a man in uniform. If you choose option B, please also post which side to join, since they're really two totally different options. C: Be a nice guy: deliver Rolof's will an testament to his last surviving relatives. This is a quest, and in Elder Scrolls games, quests always come with some kind of reward. We won't know until we try, but helping out the people of skyrim might be a way to get noticed by the ladies. D: Go learn to be a wizard! Like the assassin's guild, the magic school in the northern part of skyrim is always looking for new students. While being a magician isn't neccesarily the most impressive party trick (especially not for an orc) the university is bound to be crawling with easy co-eds. Plus, learning how to shoot lightning bolts from your hands is kinda cool.
