It will be interesting to see who Goodell's fall guy is. My guess is Jeff Pash.

So... who's looking forward to the appeal?
I hear it might be on pay per view.

Nfl just announced they will appeal this to second circuit. Que the premature explanation of why that won't work before we even know the grounds. Wow. They're going to take it that far. Smh. I'll say this: I'm absolutely sick and tired of the Patriots cheating over the years, but I jumped the gun and was quick to judgement when they suspended Brady simply because I wanted a pound of flesh, not because I hate Brady; I actually like Tom Brady - I think he's one of the greatest QBs in the history of the game and I'm actually a fan of his, but I was quick to judgement because of all the shit the Pats have pulled over the years to try and gain an edge, and I just assumed this was another ploy. Having said all that, once the appeals process was taking place and I honestly took a look at the whole ordeal from an unbiased and objective standpoint and simply wanted to know what was taking place in the proceedings, I read the article patsk1d posted in which the NFL was quick to heap a suspension on Brady based on Wells report and wouldn't allow Wells or Pash, the guy who edited Wells' report to speak during Brady's appeal. There's a very large chance that Brady is still guilty in all of this, I mean, he destroyed his cellphone that may or may not have had evidence directly linking his association in the whole matter, BUT, the NFL screwed themselves when they denied key contributors to the case to speak at Brady's appeal, which is likely what the federal judge saw as a "witch hunt" by the NFL by simply trying to bury Brady at all costs. The league is not good with legal matters.

Does this mean the media can shut the hell up about this? Like seriously! If I flip it to NFL network one more time and they spend 20 minutes or more talking about the fucking Brady case I am going to lose my shit! I am going to run all the way to where the hell ever the first Sunday Night Game is and I am going to throw Chris Collinsworth through a fish tank! Which fish tank? I don't know.. Why Collinsworth? Cause he is on prime time Sunday night football, and I think it will get my point across, plus I can't stand his announcing..
First thought was throw Rich Eisen or someone who actually works on NFL Network, but I like Rich Eisen and I couldn't think of the name of anyone else who works there right now..

Uh first, Chris Collinsworth is great. He always keeps it 100 and gives great commentary that only a former player could offer. Second, Marshall Faulk, Deion Sanders, Michael Irving the list goes on...pick a hofer, any hofer. They all work for nfl network

Collinsworth is at least skinny and old.. I could go after Ditka, but he is terrifying!

Hey patriotsk1d You and I had a bet. I was sure Brady would not take it to court because they would call in "The Deflater" and he would squeal big time. I was wrong and you won the bet long ago. You said you do not want the money. I don't feel good about that. I always pay my debts. So how about I donate the money to the charity of your choice? Let me know where.
