Your RBs are weak. I like your WRs. I'm on the Cutler-bandwagon. Two green TEs. Why Malcolm Floyd? Grade: B I wasn't liking Giovani much as a rookie, especially with Law-Firm stealing the goal-line work and a ton of carries. Now Law-Firm is gone, and CIN has said they will be running the ball more. He should get a TON of carries, and considering he'll catch 50+passes in a PPR too...I think he'll do very well for me. I've actually been high on Jennings this offseason, and this was the only league I was able to draft him(thx to Dive ). I really like him this season. My only real concern is if he can remain injury free. Ton of carries, 50+catches...I also think Joique Bell is of starting caliber quality this season in a ppr, and I have him on the bench. So, I suppose we disagree on those players. Yes, I am gambling on Ertz this season. I Have him in 3 out of my 4 leagues, and he's the starter in 2. There's not much seperation of points among the second and third tiers of TE's, he's been available late, and I really like him in this offense. RBs are weak as in Gio is 2-tier and Jennings is 3-tier--- barely. Both are unproven in the role they will be asked to play this season. If these are my starting RBs, I'm nervous. I like J Bell alot--- I said that already-- but as a flex. Would be worried if he's my RB2- I think I said that, too.

What's wrong with Dalton Miss Lacy? He scored big ff points last year. Beat Rivers by one and tied with Luck. Only Manning and Brees had more. I like the red riffle. If I had a choice, I might have taken a gamble on Johnny Football instead--but that's just me.

It's interesting to hear other people's takes on my teams. Yes, I am a Patterson believer this season. In leagues where you also get points for kick returns, he's absolutely going to be a legit #1WR. Even with my prep, I still made mistakes drafting this year. Let's see how it goes. In FF, your gonna have to take chances on players. It will be interesting to see how it plays out this season. It will be fun to look at this thread next season, and to see how right or wrong I was.

So much of it is out of your control. Take Demarco Murray for example. Last year he kicked arse for me, but this year he could get hurt again. So all the research in the world won't help you with that. Heck MJD could get hurt and DMC becomes a stud. You just don't know. For me research only is for who is the number one at each position on their teams. And I didn't even do that this year. So I few by the seat of my pants. It will be interesting to look back after the year. I seem to go in cycles. I lost all most all my leagues year before last except won my money league. Last year I did real well in most of my leagues but lost the money league. Hopefully this year reverses and I win the money league.

If I felt that skill alone could win all the time I would play on fanduel for money. But there is to much luck just like poker. You can set yourself up to succeed but that does not mean you will. Kind of like real football also. The teams that succeed usually have better luck with injuries and maybe even ball bounces or ref's calls.
Take last year. In my opinion Eric Weddle fumbled that fake punt. Refs said otherwise. That would have sent the Steelers I think to the playoffs instead of us. But we have had the same thing happen in reverse.

My dad drafted a team last year, and his first three picks were Foster, Julio, and Cobb. Bad luck. But he won his league.

I had the same two last year in a few leagues. And it worked out real good. Rivers as your second QB is great and could pay off super. I like the depth situation also. TE you can get later. I give you an A- Good job

Really Steeler. If Manning goes down you have a back up that will take you to the championship. Like when Rodgers went down for me last year. Good job I give you and A but am still pissed you took my Rivers. LOL
