I bet Bridgewater would go ahead of Mariota.
Besides. We all know the Texans are drafting Carr #1.

Yep. Engineering a 2 minute drill.. IN THE NATTY... On his birthday of all days.. Earning his Heisman. No doubt he's the best player in college football. If he could declare this year, Teddy would have competition for the #1 pick. Winston is that good. competition? Winston would go no.1 no question. Teddy would be the 3rd QB drafted if Winston and Mariota were able to be in the draft. Teddy is getting hyped because he is the current best QB in the draft. happens every year (besides last year, which was kind of funny) Still think you're underrating Teddy. I would say Winston is more NFL ready than Teddy is (Bridgewater needs to continue to fill out his frame.. he's only about 190 pounds) but they do a lot of the same things, and I think they have comparable ceilings. Teddy would go ahead of Mariota no doubt.

MO: you seem to be forgetting how poorly Winston played for 3 quarters against the Auburn D. Even on that game winning drive, the play that got them all the way down field wasn't a tough pass.

And a lot of people are bashing him for his post game interviews, but I think he's a well-spoken kid. And definitely a leader. People just like to hate on people that are good. Like you hating on the SEC.

Doesn't matter. He was good when FSU needed him to be. He's clutch. And he wasn't necessarily bad the first three quarters.. He got no protection. FSU's OL was pretty bad the majority of that game. And the last drive, who cares if he didn't have to make a tough throw? He showed great poise and control of the offense, and he made the right reads on who to pass it to.
