I was under the impression that we were going to do a 2014 community mock draft first, and then after we complete this, we will start a GM draft to round out our teams.

I don't feel that I know enough about the prospects this year to participate. I do not follow Division I college football unless I run into a game that looks interesting or hear about it afterward. The only college football I follow is Division III. I do not know enough to do this; I imagine for those who do it would be pretty cool. I feel the same way, but hey it always gets better the closer we get to the draft. plax (Btw when will the mock happen?) the EARLIEST in the end of the year, but if we are doing the whole offseason, it would probably be about a month until we start the actual draft.

Just as a note, if we do the entire offseason, it WOULD involve the salary cap (i know that sounds annoying, but there is a site that has everyone's CAP for next year with their current players).
i think the salary CAP and free agent signing would be a welcome addition to this 2014 NFL Mock Draft and helps with strategy with how to make our teams better.

What we need is one person who doesn't have a team to be a "salary arbitrator", who looks at the contracts and values how much a team would a pay player. Otherwise I'll get by the cap by signing Jay Cutler for $3.50.
