OSU is not a better team than FSU, Mizzou, Auburn, or Bama. OSU has had a WEAK schedule, and they've barely scraped by a few mediocre teams.
Beat Wisconsin @ home by 7. Beat Northwestern by 10 (last second defensive TD when Northwestern was lateraling...) Beat Iowa @ home by 10 Beat Michigan by 1.
Ohio State isn't going to beat MSU...but let's say they do. IF they do, does a 1-loss Mizzou, 1-loss Auburn, or even a 1-loss Bama get in the championship over them?
Since the BCS started, when a 1-loss SEC team has faced a #1 ranked, undefeated opponent in the championship, the 1-loss SEC team has won by an average of 25 points.
Now, if OSU blows MSU out, then I think OSU gets in. However, that will not happen...I think with an OSU loss, Auburn gets in with a win over Mizzou. If OSU loses and Mizzou wins in a close game...honestly, I think Mizzou is very likely to get snuffed and won't jump Bama. If OSU wins in a close game, Auburn/Mizzou get in over them only with a convincing win over the other. If both games are close (and OSU wins)...then I think OSU would stay ahead of either SEC champion, though they aren't better than either of them.

Should they? Absolutely.
Will they? Probably not, which is sad.
Oh well. It'll be fun watching Winston vs their D, and Miller/Hyde failing to get a run game going. It'll be like the FSU/Clemson game.

Oh, and if FSU and OSU both lose, then it'll be SEC champion vs Bama.

Not sure if MSU has the horses on offense to keep up with OSU though. I think MSU's D will dominate OSU's offense the majority of the game, but OSU will still have a number of big plays imo which could win them the game depending on MSU's offense that day.

I am actually still alive in 247's suicide pool, and the remaining players have to pick the winners of all the conference championship games this year.
I did take a gamble and pick MSU. Go big or go home! Thought about picking Mizzou over Auburn, but ultimately decided against it.

I thought we finished this discussion.... When did we have this discussion? The discussion yesterday was if Auburn would jump OSU in the polls. Now the question is if they'll jump them if both teams win this week. I think Auburn would have to win convincingly while OSU would have to pull out a close one. Auburn/Mizzou would just have to clearly look like the better team.
