My team is 5-3 and I'm struggling at getting good RB production, so I want to trade for Arian Foster. If you guys could just let me know if this is a good or bad trade, tell me if I'm giving up to much or giving too little, I would really appreciate it.
This is my roster:
Philip Rivers QB - SD DeMarco Murray RB - DAL Adrian Peterson RB - MIN Harry Douglas WR - ATL A.J. Green WR - CIN Rob Gronkowski TE - NE Darren Sproles RB - NO Peyton Manning QB - DEN Steven Jackson RB - ATL Maurice Jones-Drew RB - JAX DeAngelo Williams RB - CAR Eric Decker WR - DEN Demaryius Thomas WR - DEN Matt Prater K - DEN Cowboys' Defense
This is the other person's roster:
Cam Newton QB - CAR Jamaal Charles RB - KC Arian Foster RB - HOU Torrey Smith WR - BAL Brandon Marshall WR - CHI Jason Witten TE - DAL Stevan Ridley RB - NE Matt Ryan QB - ATL Lamar Miller RB - MIA JacQuizz Rodgers RB - ATL Victor Cruz WR - NYG Calvin Johnson WR - DET Kyle Rudolph TE - MIN Stephen Gostkowski K - NE Bengals' Defense
This is the trade I'm about to propose:
I give: Eric Decker WR - DEN Maurice Jones-Drew RB - JAX
Other team gives: Arian Foster RB - HOU
So what do you think? Good or bad? Am I giving up too much? Or is there no problems at all? If you think it's bad, I would like you to make a suggestion for a better trade.

What are some league settings? How many WRs do you play? Is it Dyno? If its not PPR, it's an alright trade for you. I like foster and you got AP. your WRs are studs at AJ and D Thomas... How many teams is this league? If you play PPR, it's a hair on the high side, but is probably still be cool with it if they were willing to deal Foster.

The league is on NFL.com, and it's only a six team league. We play one QB, two RBs, two WRs, a TE, a Kicker, a defense, and there's one flex spot.

I think this is a good trade, but isn't amazing. So I voted good, but could be better.

Do you get points for receptions or kick return yards? If so that greatly moves Sproles up. I will set what players I will play if I know that.

I won three leagues and lost four last week. LOL. But I'll give my input.

Okay after looking again. I see why you aren't getting production out of your RB's. They are all underperforming this year so far. Even AP in a PPR league. So I say you should do the trade, if that guy will take it. And then after this week I would take the risk and try and trade Rivers or even Peyton for the best RB out there. Then pray the QB you keep stays healthy, which they both probably will. You have two of the top scoring QB's and can only play one. Valuable in my book.

I voted good. I think Foster is underachieving also. But MJD can go and you don't need Decker. He will never crack your line up with those WRs. So your getting a starter for two bench guys.
I don't trust Gronk to do well this year. So you have no depth there. Maybe Rivers for Vernon Davis or Gates next week? And get them to throw in a RB with potential.
