So, we ditched Knapp, who is now the Bronco's QB coach, while he did nothing for us, he has to literally do nothing in Denver to get a paycheck as long as Peyton is healthy.
Anyways, time for the new hire. Our new OC hails from Jacksonville, where he had immense success with RB Jones-Drew, and years prior with the Tampa Bay Bucs, and St. Louis Rams where he also had great success with RB Jax. We will be returning to our downhill power running in which McFadden was leading the pack in yards before he got injury falling out of the running. The bottom line here, is even though we went off track last year, and tried to make DMAC a runner that he wasn't, we will be returning to what was working year before last, while also adding a OC who has success bringing up young talent in the past.
I'm happy with the hire, a lot more so then I ever was about Knapp, and most of you reading this knew my stance on him. While we will still be a few years out from challenging the playoffs, this puts us lightspeed ahead of where we would have been if they stuck with Knapp. I'm still uncertain that DMAC will be in town too long, hopefully they are smart and lock him down, or trade him and get someone like Lattimore out of the mix, now that he has officially declared.
For a more indepth look at what he has done through out his career, read the full story on Raiders.com here:

Oh, did I mention Olson looks like he is psycho? Perfect fit for the Raiders image hahahaha.
