I kicked some ass in my auction league finishing the regular season at 9-5 (with three of those losses coming in the last 4 games when Matty Ice and ATL got major frost-bite : . Although I hung on to finish #1 in the league, I didn't have a bye (8 teams) and was up against the most explosive team in my league for the first playoff round (he was boasting A-Rod, Foster, and Wayne among other equally-stout studs in his lineup), but he happened to have a couple of bad games too and fell to #4. I thought I might be crazy to sit my NE studs (Welker and Hernandez) AND the Chicago defense (against GB), but I ended up not needing ANY of those points---and won my game even before the NE/SF game Sunday night. (BTW--- I ended up starting the JETS defense last night and lucky for me didn't need them either.) SOOOO--- this week, I'm playing for the ultimate prize (and bragging rights against an entire league of BOYS ;D )--- MY TEAMQB: Ryan RB: Lynch, Charles, Moreno, Dwyer WR: Dre Johnson, Cobb, Welker, Nicks TE: Gonzalez and Hernandez K: Tucker and Dawson DEF: Bears and Jets HIS TEAMQB: Newton and Palmer RB: McCoy, Ridley, Leshoure, R Jennings WR: Decker, Julio Jones, Givens, Austin (Harvin on IR) TE: Graham K: Legatron DEF: Texans and Seattle Standard scoring (non-PPR, no return yards) and RB/WR/TE options at flex. Who would YOU play?

I'm going to the Big Show in 2 of my leagues this week as well. BUT--not ours. *cough cough* I'm truly sorry I eliminated you in the last game of our season--and then DESTROYED our LM in the first round of the playoffs. (Ok--- not really--- but I'm trying to emote at least SOME humbleness in the face of my victories. ;D ) Although-- it's awfully nice to have a cheering section, darling. SOOOO---- do you promise to wear your short shorts and a tiny tank-top for the big game??? Link me to your leagues and I'll be sure to dress "appropriately" while I cheer you on, too. ;D

Well, playing one championship this weekend, here's my lineup:
QB - Eli Manning RB - Arian Foster, Reggie Bush WR - Julio Jones, Anquan Boldin TE - Jason Witten Flex - Greg Little K - David Akers DEF - Houston Texans
On the bench: Alex Smith, Jackie Battle, Devin Hester, Jacoby Jones, Dexter McCluster
My opponent's roster:
QB - Tony Romo RB - Felix Jones, Adrian Peterson WR - Eric Decker, Antonio Brown TE - Tony Gonzalez Flex - Tim Hightower (what?) K - Rian Lindell DEF - SF 49ers
I believe I have a slight edge here. And I feel that Eli's performance will be the most important factor that will lead me to victory. Or defeat.
Wish me luck. I wish you all luck too!

Misslacy cheats. Every time my team had the ball she spread banana peels all over the field and had girl monkeys run around the outside of the field. Distracted me and I kept slipping. Larryb
