are you serious ? are you that uneducated about logic and math probability ? dude, you need to go back to school. the dumbing down in society is blatant now. This is very sad. you are admitting you will believe what ever you are told and cant think for yourself. The true response of a guy that obviously doesn't know a damn thing. Rather than proving me wrong you just make personal attacks. If you knew me at all or read the discussions I have with people, you would know that I am currently in university doing my second degree, this time in Engineering, and that I constantly get into heated discussions about science and religion because I am very against people diving in to believe whatever they hear without proof... So I put it to you to provide any sort of proof to the giant pile of bullshit that you've been dumping on this thread. All you have are things like "the odds are so unlikely that it must be scripted." That is not proof, that is your opinion. As I stated, unlikely things happen all the time against much higher odds than the odds of these things happening. If you want to keep being the crazy guy on the subway and shouting conspiracy theories with no actual proof or evidence to your claims, just your opinions, then get used to more people ignoring you because Juggs is right, you aren't worth our time and more and more of us will just block/ignore you.
I did prove you wrong. I just explained the multiples needed to understand the difficulty of making a SB.
By your logic...2 guys running for president have a 1 in 2 chance of making it.
nothing I have said is an opinion.
I will be right when I tell you the Cards and Seattle wont make the playoffs and it wont be luck that it happens.
I Will be right when I say San Fran will win the division with no wild card.
you are acting threatened because an entertainment business isn't as random as you believe ? who's the one with reality issues here?

Answer with this Checked the line movements this morning. The ultimate shift (as discussed) has been with respect to Seattle (perceived losers) and Dallas (perceived winners). TopBet.eu has the Seahawks down to +900 to win the Super Bowl and has the Cowboys up to +900 to win the Super Bowl. I know the records may seem to justify these odds, but can anyone truly say that the Dallas Cowboys should have equal odds to that of the Seattle Seahawks?? Look for Seattle to make a big come back starting in Week 9 and Dallas to begin their fall from a perceived grace. Seattle will do no such thing. Its the 49ers division now

It's been a while since I've done probabilities in high school math... But I thought if you have two different ratios, to find the probability of one specific outcome come out of both you just multiply them together. I could be very wrong with that. edit: this is correct, I just apparently can't multiply 16 by 16 in my head. 256... you are missing quite a few factors.
for a team to get to a super bowl you would start with 1x16x32= 512
then it would be multiple other factors. the odds on getting the majority of penalties and 3rd downs and injuries and points etc etc to all go your way a majority of the time.
it reaches into the millions
buffalo going to and losing 4 super bowls in a row is just pure fantasy. absolutely every single thing has to go right for them and wrong for them perfectly 4 years in a row. that is purely impossible without manipulation

I only really pinpointed it this summer. I am now seeing what I can guess is going on and observe the function during games. Whats the storyline etc. My picks against the spread and straight up are more interesting and have improved using less so called football knowledge and more understanding of what is trying to be done. It might fantasy football more interesting next year too as people are baffled by who I select LOL
I am the new breed of sports fan.I still and will always hate pro wrestling by the way.
but when each weekend has multiple fantastic finishes in the last 2 minutes, I am adult enough to know its bull now.No ones life is hat fantastic or perfect
So you are or aren't a fan of the NFL? Or are you a fan of soap opera's so you are trying to make the NFL out to be one. You keep talking about how improbable all these things are that aren't all that improbable in my eyes.. Let me bring up an improbability to you. How improbable is it that a league full of thousands of people could keep the best kept secret ever from a league with millions of fans that is constantly under the scrutinization of the worlds eye? How likely is it that not a single peep of this league being a fraud would get out? For a fraud like this to work every single person in the NFL would have to be in on it, or else outcomes could be skewed by random probability which would lead to things not working out the way the NFL wished. Humans suck at keeping secrets.. everything gets out into the open and a league as big as the NFL something like this would slip in a second if it were true. what fraud ? you are assuming something is wrong. no, employees are just doing what an employer tells them to. whats to complain about / you signed a contract. the fact is no one has ever seen these contracts so you don't know the conditional wording. and why would you complain making 3 million for 2 years work when youll never make that kind of money again in your lifetime.
you complain and everyone else denies and the press makes you look like a fool. Its a multibillion dollar business. Apparently people don't understand what that means. and no..I'm sorry but 5 to 7 games a week cant be decided in the last 2 minutes if everything naturally played out. That's childish fantasy type thinking. It simply is. You have just been so conditioned by the clichés that you don't know how to process information anymore.
if everything was actually played for real, there would be no long term stars. QBs would be injured left and right and field goal kickers and punters would be a lot busier.

LOL I said I thought more about it the last 4 year. I've been watching since the 70s as well. sorry sir but you are about 20 steps behind with your one dimensional thinking and assumptions.
of course I've gone to multiple sites. May as well use the internet to its fullest potential. one site and 10 guys isn't good enough.
I have learned that the general public is afraid of the possibility like its some great evil. Why should I be insulted and banned from sites for saying or thinking this? You have real life friends you don't disown for their thoughts and opinions. but people act you are stabbing their child and freak out and call me names LOL. the general public is just a mass of stupid/ignorance. even when I thought it was spontaneous I still knew it was just entertainment but there are guys in their 30s and 40s who still treat being a fan like its a gang war and you can only be a fan of one team etc etc LOL
I still like my football helmets. I like the aesthetics of football. But now I know theres no point in rooting for a particular underdog when it really matters. the major market and nationally popular teams just cycle every few years to who gets the prize, while the chargers and chiefs and falcons of the world just are there for fun
But why do you post this if you know no one is going to listen to you? You're right -- the general public is stupid, but I'm not. I know your hidden agenda.
No, seriously. I get a kick out of reading people's reactions to your crap on other sites, but not here man. This forum is different than those other ones. Go troll over there, not here man.
hidden agenda ? LOL no I'm an adult speaking my mind. You are creating a scenario in your head that doesn't exist. You seem to think something weird is going on when this is pretty straight forward. they say they aren't listening but now its too late. When they finally mature they will remember someone already knew while they ignored it.

I knew Seattle would decline this year along with the Cardinals. I figured they would wait till after the Rams game but apparently they started early LOL I also knew Seattle would decline but it wasn't because of conspiracy theories. And the Cardinals are like 5-1, how are they declining? You also said on another thread that all injuries in the NFL are fake and that Calais' Campbell's was an act. I loved reading that, but we all know you don't truly believe this. Cmon man. I never said 'all' injuries. The fact is the injury report was invented by gamblers in the first place.
no, you just thought seattle would decline some, but not like this. You were basing it off what you think is football knowledge, I based it of the patterns and tendencies of the league. Cardinals= just wait and watch. Got the second half to go. Teams that host super bowls don't reach the playoffs

Did the Rams beat Seattle this past weekend because of Mike Brown/the guy who died holding the sandwich?

no, I'm an adult conducting my own survey. there is no trolling. I know what I am talking about. After 4 years of seeing enough I know I'm right
How is this a survey? How does you going to 49er, bears, and other random fansites help you get surveys? And how do you know what you're talking about?
4 years? Are you aware pretty much everyone on this site has been watching football for more than 4 years? You're a rookie, son.
Now get lost. (I know your starting to get a half-chub right now while you think you're getting to me), but this is reverse psychology. I am twenty steps ahead of you.

So are you actually a fan of the NFL? Do you actually enjoy football or do you just spend your time trying to turn other people off from what you believe is a sham?
