Roger Goodell better fine Victor Cruz for faking the head injury to draw the flag against Ryan Clark's rib hit that was called helmet-to-helmet.

Cruz had whiplash maybe? I didn't see the hit but any time you get hit(especially in the ribs) it can stun you and knock the wind out of you.
Btw I posted on your Peyton Manning non-MVP thread in the Broncos' team room.

Neutral fan: A Steelers player has done something wrong. Steeers fan: That's a lie! Neutral fan: It's been confirmed. Steeers fan: Another lie! Neutral fan: It's on True News Dot Com Steeers fan: It's only one source - so it's fake! Neutral fan: It's also on True Story Dot Net. Steeers fan: That source is tainted. No-one believes what those liars say. Neutral fan: It's the lead story on Sports News Dot TV. Steeers fan: They're biased against the Steelers. Neutral fan: There's an article about it at Unbiased Independent Reports Dot Org. Steeers fan: They're haters, and that's what you're being right now. Neutral fan: Players at other teams are saying he did it. Steeers fan: Well they would wouldn't they! They're haters, they're jealous, and they using the situation to gain an advantage. Neutral fan: The League says that it will issue a small fine and leave it at that. Steeers fan: We should appeal! The League is biased against the Steelers. Neutral fan: An appeal would be heard by Mr. Goodell. Steeers fan: He's even worse! He hates the Steelers and is incapable of being fair to the Steelers. Neutral fan: The NFLPA agree with it. Steeers fan: They're idiots. Neutral fan: Team owners agree with it. Steeers fan: They're hypocrites. They tell their teams to do exactly the same thing. They're far more blatant at doing it than we are. Neutral fan: ...So that would imply that you do it a little bit...and are a little bit guilty. Steeers fan: No! Everyone else does it and does it openly. We don't ever do it. We're completely innocent...and look at all this other stuff that other teams do. That's far worse than anything anyone connected with the Steelers would do.

Btw I posted on your Peyton Manning non-MVP thread in the Broncos' team room. It was called helmet-to-helmet on the field when it is CLEARLY in his ribs, but Cruz faked the symptoms of getting hit in the head and drew the flag. He was on the ground through the commercial, but got back in the game on the next drive. Here is the hit in real time:

You immediately see Cruz slump over like he has a concussion. It was also a hit he could have gotten up from as it didn't look like he was expecting it (which makes a hit hurt not as much as if you were anticipating it).

LMFAO. I would love to know how they proved he wasn't cramping.... Oh yeah they didn't. Not possible.
Were the Giants fined last year for OBVIOUSLY faking injuries to stop the mighty Rams offense?
NOPE
And they had TWO players go down at the same time. Then 1 immediately got up. OBVIOUS. Unlike ours.
We have been taking the bullshit for 3 or 4 years now and winning anyway. I really don't even care anymore.

Correc me if I'm wrong, but didn't they make a rule about taking injuries after the Giants did it?

Cruz did not say he got hit in the head, the refs did.

"(which makes a hit hurt not as much as if you were anticipating it)." LOL what!? you must not get injured, because it is pretty much the opposite. and for the record, Cruz did not get hurt, he got the wind knocked out of him, and if you know what that feels like, you do not jump right up and think everything it fine.
