Probably should of done this yesterday... oh well. I'll try to do this once a week.
WW Gold, Fool's Gold, and Uncdecided
Alfred Morris - I know, I know. He had 90 yards and two scores vs Nawlins. But do you know who the head coach is? If he was anywhere else, I think he'd be gold on the WW, but I am undecided on him.
Randall Cobb - Greg Jennings has an injured groin, and is doubtful for Thursday. Jennings had 5 targets compared to Cobb's 9. Cobb was a breakout canidate of mine preseason, as seen here:
Cobb is WW gold.
Kevin Olgetree - He had the best game of anybody I listed so far, but he had the easiest time doing so. The Giants don't have a top notch secondary, average at best. But their secondary had injuries last week, so Olgetree was going up against CBs deep on the depth chart. The #3 CB, Prince Amuakmara, did not play. The #4 CB, Michael Coe, was questionable but did play. He did not cover Olgetree the whole time. So Olgetree went up against the 4th and 5th string CB of New York. One Week Wonder, he is Fool's gold.
Stephen Hill - Hill found the endzone, not once, but twice in a Jets offense that shocked most everyone with a very good performance against the Bills defense. The game was expected to be low scoring, along the lines of 14-10. Well, the losing team scored more points than 24 (14-10 combined), while the Jets outscored the Bills by 20 points. Hill received 6 targets on Sunday, five leading to completions. Holmes got more passes going his way, but caught less. Hill should be a good player for the Jets, don't be surprised if he's the #1 by year's end. Hill is WW gold.
James Jones - Jones got six targets, resulting in four catches, 81 yards, and one score last week vs the Niners. With Jennings doubtful this week, expect Jones to have a good game again. But once Jennings returns, Jones' value will drop. Jones is valuable for one more week.
Marcedes Lewis - With a real WR in Jacksonville this year, the Jaguars offense should actually be able to pass. Taking pressure off Gabbert and Lewis. Lewis should have a year in between last season and the year before (when he was a top ten TE). He is WW Gold.
Will add this weeks breakout players later.
