Well, you really cannot call any of those mediocre. They all win games, just not when it matters. Romo had 30+ Tds and 10 INTs last year, and no one talked about it. He was great, besides when he needed to be great, and then he was bad. Ryan, Sanchez, and [glow=red,2,300]Flacco[/glow] are still getting better IMO

Right now in my opinion: Manning > Rivers > Romo > Roethlisberger Your argument must be based off of stats to have Rivers and Romo above Ben. So then why are they not also above Eli? Romo and Rivers have consistently put up better stats than Eli as well. Except last year Rivers didn't I don't believe.

I question Roethlisberger's success on a team like the Colts, for example. The Steeler defense does a very good job in containing the oppposing offense, but I question if Roethlisberger would win with the Colts in the same fashion he does with the Steelers. The Steelers ranked 21st in points allowed last year with 325, and their defense ranked 1st in points alllowed with 227, a proof that they rely too much on the defense. Romo plays well, he chokes at times, but on the most of times it is the defense's fault, they have only DeMarcus Ware and Sean Lee on there, with the addition of Brandon Carr and Morris Claiborne, that defense can improve. The Chargers had a top defense in 2010, however the main reason of them not going to the playoffs was their special teams failure. In 2010, Rivers had 20 interceptions, but compared to his previous years we can't rule out that he's still a very good passer.

Also, if you look at total stats alot, one reason why Ben's total passing TD #s have been unimpressive except 2 years is that we have always stunk in the redzone with Arians as the OC. I dont know or care enough to look up his red zone td% compared to the other 3, but I bet his is the worst. We have called some dumbass plays in the redzone for years...
I'm excited to see the change in the offense this season. If the OL improves and the play calls improve the rushing and passing should both be better, obviously. We have the QB, TE, WR, and RB talent, hopefully now we will have the OL and OC to go with it.
