According to my list, the Steelers have used up all 30 of their allotted prospect visits. I may or may not have them all correct.

This would give Apple additional value for them. WJ3 is still my preferred CB, but I'm content with Apple although I don't see him being a starter right away. Steeler nation is going to have a shit storm if he is taken though lol.

I think the only reason I am against Apple right now is that everyone predicted Apple to go to Pittsburgh for the longest time and that is how we ended up with Jarvis Jones and he hasn't panned out the way we had hoped. The Steelers tend to be predictable in the Draft. Even when they surprised with Shazier, they went the route everyone expected them to with Tuitt in the 2nd that year. Then the next year with Dupree. Although Golson seemed a bit of a wild card, it made perfect sense from a scheme fit. I just don't want the Steelers to do what everyone expects them to do and it blows up in their face.

Honestly they always do end up getting the guy that everyone pegged them with early on (with exception to Shazier like you said), which if I remember right it was Apple. He's not a bad corner, he just needs to learn how to play zone, other than that he's fine. But he'd fit the 3-3-5, so maybe he is a scheme fit and we just don't know it yet? I'm assuming he'd be a boundary corner in this case? Maybe a CB/S bandit? Or can Grant (who played bandit for OSU) fit better? I wish there were better safeties in the 1st round to vary their options. It's damn near their biggest need as well.
