He had control over the roster when he did both things you claimed he did, if he even offered for Mariota. He doesn't have control of the roster in SF. Your examples don't match up. I sincerely doubt SF trades up. First of all, there's no "if" he offered for Mariota, if you wanted to deny that, you should just do it. I'll be happy to link you lol, they're in my clipboard after Eagle tried to rewrite history. You don't know that he doesn't have the same level of control in SF. No one knows for sure how Baalke/Kelly is going to work. We've never seen anything like that in a GM/Coach relationship. But the head coach always has influnece over the draft strategy. If Kelly tells Baalke he wants Goff that badly, (and by the way, there's no reason to think Baalke even disagrees), then offers will come in. The question isn't, "will they offer?" It's "will they beat Cleveland?" Hrm. What's more likely, Chip coming off the disaster at the Eagles and taking over control of the SF roster, or Baalke, the control freak, maintaining control of the roster? You're obsessed with the mega trade every year. Crazy that both years it would pay off the Titans eh...

Yeah, it's SO crazy that I'd be following trade rumors about my team. year 1: we got offered multiple megadeals and turned them down year 2: Our GM put the #1 pick on the block his first day in office That's not an obsession.

2.19. Atlanta: Graham Glasgow, C, Michigan Holy shit. Is Glasgow really getting second round hype? Also, Ronnie Staley goes to Notre Dame, not Michigan lol

I thought he looked really good this week, and there's just a high demand for center talent this year. He was easily been Michigan's best lineman pretty much every year he started. I think he's a really good player who most people are overlooking because Michigan's interior OL has been weak for the last few years or so. But that's pretty much entirely due to bad guard play. Glasgow always did his job great, but he had to play beside two below average/mediocre guards for his entire career.

With limited time and film, it's really hard to make a call on a mid-tier lineman, even at a school like Michigan. That's why EW week is so helpful for establishing a guy's stock. Putting Glasgow in a one on one with another draftable prospect says a lot more than an in game situation for an interior lineman.

Which there wasn't. Post 'rumor' links all you want. After the stl/wash RG3 trade no team is brazen enough to throw so much in for a player, especially one who is skinny and injury prone like Maryioto...get over yourself CoC 2.0

Let's trade a second for Bradford then trade our best defenders+picks+Bradfords ridiculous cap # for an injury prone QB. Ok.

It's not a rumor, it's a report with updates, details and citations from multiple sources.
Both the Titans and Eagles were asked to deny, neither did. That happens universally in wrong reports regarding trades. I challenge you to find a single false trade report where the teams did not deny - you can't.
And you might be thinking, "but Chip did deny it" - that's just how you've filled your head with your own delusions. He only denied that Bradford was involved, and frankly, I believe that.
It happened. Your denial of it is lunacy.
